Solid customer service

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKC with a 2.3 eco boost from this dealer. On the test drive everything ran great , unfortunately on the way home after buying the turbo failed, a rare failure for this engine, I called MJ my salesman who was shocked, he immediately told me to bing it back in and they would take care of it no problem. They replaced the turbo which is a big, difficult and expensive repair free of charge and told me to bring it back if I have anymore issues with the car in the near future. When I saw other reviews for this dealer I was skeptical but after they went above and beyond to do that kind of repair when they no longer even owned the car I would definitely trust these guys. They couldn’t have made any money on the sale with the cost of that repair but did the honorable thing and fixed it for free.

Poor customer service!!!

I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa from International Auto Outlet on 12/31/2022 for what I considered a great price. Unfortunately on my way to work on the following Tuesday the transmission started to have issues. I knew the Nissan CVT transmissions were prone to issues before buying it but had no issues on the test drive and with the car having 108,000 miles on it I took the risk. With this know issue in mind, I took the car to the local Nissan dealership and got it diagnosed. I received a quote from Nissan that stated there was a code in the vehicles computer and based on the code and the issues it was having I needed to have the Valve Body replaced and the computer updated with the newest software at a cost of just under $2000. I was a bit shocked at the price but since I had just purchased the car and it had the code for the transmission issue in it that was not disclosed at the time of purchase I called International Auto Outlet. At first they seemed to be willing to help and asked for the quote and told be they would reach out shortly with a resolution. I was later informed that they wanted me to bring the car into their service center. I asked what the plan was because I didn't want to bring the car there with out knowing what the potential results would be as it would have to be towed almost 50 miles. They didn't have any answer but I was told the Sales Supervisor might know so I asked to talk to them. I was told that they weren't there at the time but they would call back. I never got a call and when I called the Sales Supervisor was again not there. I have yet to get any call or explanation from the dealership. I can't say that they for sure knew about the transmission issue before selling the car but I'm sure I could ask Nissan for the history of codes in the vehicle's computer and find out. I think that it is very poor customer service to allow such an issue with no resolution and leave a customer on the hook with a $7500 car that can't drive.

These people are AWESOME!!!!!!

Went to them after we had obtained financing thru them. They had some really nice trucks(what I was looking for). After we arrived, we where treated very well. There where no high pressure sales people hovering over us/let us look and drive the vehicles with no hassle/treated us like people/not a sales number or quota. Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram and am very happy with it. Other big named dealers need to take some lessons from them. Nice show room/clean cars/friendly staff. Gave us a free oil change as well since oil looked old. Def give them a try. Art K. Miamisburg Ohio

Houston we have a problem.

I live almost 1200 miles away, in Texas, and made arrangements to purchase this Cutaway boxtruck from them. I ran my own Carfax and it had a great service record. Before making the trip out there I was told that they performed a service check on the vehicle to ensure it was good to go, and would make the trip back to Texas. Once I arrived there after flying into Cincinnati, and Ubering of there ( because they were too busy to pick me up) there was an issue with an interior alarm continuously sounding, that I made them correct before I could test drive. (Again, they had just checked everything the day before) After resolving that issue, I went on a very short test drive and quickly noticed that the TRANSMISSION WAS COMPLETE GARBAGE. I managed to take a video of it to show them when I got back, and posted it to their Google maps page as well. When I told them about it they acted shocked, like I was crazy.. then said our mechanic drove it 75 miles per hour and it was fine. I told him it's barely going 30 miles an hour and sounds horrible and slips. They offered an extended warranty on the vehicle. I decided that I wanted a professional to look at it, and the transmission shop confirmed that it was shot, with bad 5 and 6 gears.. I was very displeased with they way they conducted their business. Just be honest! In your listing, simply say IT NEEDS A TRANSMISSION! Then someone will know what they are getting into, and not waste their time traveling across the country. I ended up buying a much better and bigger boxtruck from Trucks and More in Fort Wayne Indiana after getting a bigger loan, and renting a car the next day to drive there.

2012 Bighorn

Matt and Krystal did a fantastic job for me. I came down from northern Michigan to find a truck that hasn't had the salt exposure that happens here. The Ram I found was perfect, and runs great as promised. I am very happy I found these guys in my online search.

Scam

This place is a scam! We found a truck we was interested in on auto trader web site looked at all the pictures and not one picture showed the damage on the front end or the cracked windshield! We talked to a guy named Jordan and told him which one we was interested in and he never mentioned the damage! They are asking $15k for this truck! Had us drive over an hour in a half for no reason!

Awful service made for a quick visit

Would put zero stars if I could. Called at 9am when they first opened and said I would be coming in to test drive the vehicle that day within the next couple hours and they said that was perfect. Go there about three hours later to test drive and the vehicle has no oil in it and salesman says “it’s waiting in line to be serviced.” I closed the hood and left. How am I supposed to test drive a vehicle that isn’t serviced or taken care of?? And the worst part about it is, is that they were going to let me take it right then. He shrugged his shoulders and that was it. Didn’t seem to care at all. Pretty Sad really.

Don’t even waste your time

Don’t even waste your time. They had about 6-8 vechicles I was looking all around the same price range so I drove an hour to look at all these trucks. It first started off with going and finding the one I was the most interested in with all four tires flat, and underneath was all rusted out. The next one I was interested they couldn’t even find for a good solid 45 minutes, they finally find it and I took it for a drive and it shook so hard and steering was so loose I thought I was going to die. While I waited forever for them to find that truck I looked at all the other trucks of the same kind and they all were in just as rough as shape or worse that my top two picks I was there for. All the tires I saw were garbage- bald and one even had cords sticking out of the tire.

Horrible Customer Service...Didn’t purchase vehicle.

My husband and I drove 400 miles round trip to this dealership to view a vehicle after contacting and emailing a salesman for a few days prior to our visit. When we arrive the salesman is not present that we had been communicating with, and the other salesmen all had a different story when we asked to view the vehicle on its location at the dealership lot. Finally, they told us to wait 20 minutes and they would locate the vehicle. The owner was supposedly gone in this particular vehicle off site. After waiting for 30 minutes and being told two different stories on the vehicles location we decided it was in our best interest to leave. We don’t recommend this dealership to anyone after our 400 mile misadventure today!

Stay away

5 Days after picking truck up transmission went out. 13 days after pickling truck up radio shorts out. 42 days after picking up truck engine blows. Haven't even owned for 2 months and transmission and engine need replacing. Transmission $2200 to rebuild Rebuild existing radio touch screen($200-cheaper than new) Re-manufactured motor $7500.(No one rebuilds motors anymore) So this reasonably priced truck at $7100 now is going to cost me $17,000. And they offer no help and feel no remorse. Ohio Attorney General Office contacted. They do not check their vehicles even though they tell you they do. Stay away.
