I called and got a quote, to fix my car. the next day i received a call telling me that the quote i received was wrong. now instead of costing 260.00 its now going to cost 585.00. then i get a call telling me it could be as high as 895.00. they lied about looking at car. lied about price. they didnt even look at car.but price keeps going up. did the same thing when I took jeep in. told me it would cost 1632.00 to fix top. 2 weeks later get a bill for 3285.67. told us they werent sure how to fix it , that why it took so long and thats why the bill was so high. these people lie just to get more money out of you. my family has been going here for years. but never again will we deal with them.. they just RIP you off.

Lease of 2014 Traverse

On July 31, 2014 I traded a 2011 Acadia lease vehicle in for a 2014 Traverse at the Baumann Auto Group, W. State St. in Fremont, Oh. I absolutely made the right choice in vehicle(The Traverse drives and rides more like a car than any other SUV I have ever had. I absolutely love it!) and The Auto Baumann Group. The salesman, Mr. Scott L., and entire staff at this dealership made us feel so very welcome, and the procress so easy. I took my husband with me just in case I didn't understand all of the details. However, I wouldn't have needed to as the salesman and entire staff that walked me through the process were so knowledgable and easy to work with that I was completely confident, and knew everything I needed to know as I drive off their dealership. They left me with no questions or doubts. I would suggest that if You are looking to buy or lease, please don't waste Your time running around from dealership to dealership. Just start out at one of the Baumann Auto Group dealerships, and I am sure You have to 'shop around'.

my new Equinox had a very tiny flaw on the interior door panel on the passenger side, I pointed it out, they ordered a new panel, and it was put in within a week or purchasing my vehicle.. I know when I buy a new vehicle at Baumann's, the service Dept. and Jay will take good care of me !!

Contacted Chris on 4pm Friday to make an appointment for Saturday to look at a vehicle. Drove 3 1/2 hours to look at the vehicle only to find out they sold it. They had my full name and cell phone number. Only attempt made was calling my work phone, which I don't work Saturdays and I'm done at 4. No one at the dealership cared or even apologized. Terrible way to do business, if this was how they treat people I'm glad I didn't purchase from them. I would be hesitant buying from a dealership that looks this run down with people that don't care. Probably the reason they cant remodel.
