Don’t waste your time.

onDON’T BOTHER! They did absolutely nothing to earn my business. Completely unwilling to work with me on a deal. “The Desk” shut me down hard. Wants to charge a premium for their car because the market is hot, but when it comes to my trade the markets not so hot anymore. You can’t have it both ways. I have more in my car than it’s worth so I’ll have to put negative, but when they have more in theirs than it’s worth we gotta pay more so they can make a profit.. No thanks stealership.. Not to mention the my salesman got passive aggressive over texts when I brought up all my concerns! It also took an email and multiple texts just to get the passive aggressive response I got over my offer.
Did a stupid and they fixed it right away.

onThe ride service you offer to assist when we don't have our vehicles is priceless. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and it didn't break my wallet. The staff was friendly and courteous, and it feels like home every time I visit. I am so very glad that I went to your showroom to purchase my 2014 GMC Terrain, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it. Fan-damn-tastic job all the way around!

onI was not able to amend my original review but would like to post update, after having an initial bad experience the dealership reached out to us and we spoke with the general Manager. He apologized and let us know the view of one salesman is not the view of the whole dealership. We took the hour driver back up and our new sales man was really great. We picked out the car we wanted and my husband if very happy with his choice. Love driving the vehicle we bought. Thanks again to the dealership for reaching out and making things right. Good to know that you care about the customers and people coming to your dealership!

I dont know how they sell any cars.

onWe were interested in purchasing a vehicle. The desperation for a sale was apparent the minute we walked on the lot. The vehicle we were interested in was not good and not worth the money and the sales man eager not to lose out on the sale pushed us in a different direction. This I actually didn't mind, he is a sales guy but the arrogant way he approached selling rubbed me the wrong way. We continued to listen to his options even though they probably would not work for us. I should have listened to my gut instinct to leave right away. After being there for many, many hours I can tell you that we were insulted like maybe about 9 or 10 times. Intimidation will never work for me for buying a car. The arrogance and pushy way the salesmen went about things really put me off on ever buying a car from here. I am not sure how you sell cars to anyone with this approach. We will eventually buy a car maybe not this month but definitely in the next 3-4 months. Your vision at this dealership is so short sighted I would be questioning your sales motives. I think you also need to train your sales staff how to relate to people and their needs instead of viewing them as dollar signs. Absolutely disgusted with this dealership.

Ignored after the sale

onAll sales people are nice before the sale. It's after that you see the truer colors. The vehicle I bought was totaled in an accident and I needed information from Sunnyside as I fight the insurance company. After countless calls and 70 mile round trips to look them in the eye all I have to show for the effort is their sympathetic talk and promises to follow through. That they didn't means they lied right to my face They've treated my complaints to them in the same manner, talked nice but nothing tangible. They got my money and they could care less now. I'll NOT make the same mistake twice! Don't buy from this dealership group unless you enjoy being jerked around!!
