Stay clear of this dealer. Its a dog and pony show and they will attempt to wear you out with different cars and different payments etc. We were fed up, walked out and were insulted by the sales mgr on the way out. We informed upper mgmt and they didnt even care enough to respond.

Jeff Rich and his team have been wonderful to work with and we have cultivated a strong professional relationship over the past 10 years. The Infiniti brand is superior but it is the people at this dealership who keep me loyal -- I have had 4 models and dealt with them for both new and used car sales. Would highly recommend working with this dealership - especially if you are a single woman because they make you feel very comfortable.

Yesterday I purchased a very nice used Honda Insight Hybrid from Infinity on Tuller Road in Dublin,Ohio. My saleperson was J. R. Thompson. I would highly recommend him. He has won some great awards as a car salesman. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I e-mailed me several times and i always received quick responses. He also phoned me because he knew how interested I was in this particular vehicle and some one else had e-mailed him about this same car. He took time to print off a paper about all the red Honda Insights Hybrids that were available . My car has a navigation system and only one other car had that feature. He is delighful to work with and I received a fair price for my new car. Once again, if you are in the market for an Infinity talk to J. R. first. You will be happy you did.
