Phil did an excellent job of helping us find the vehicle that met our needs, a Nissan Rogue. He answered all of our questions and helped us to quickly get the vehicle as ours could no longer could be driven. He has called us after the sale just see if we had any more questions and to thank us again for the business.

Morrie Ellington was wonderful to work with. He was so pleasant, informative, ready to answer questions and help me with all aspects of my car purchase. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for a car.

Nothing is Wrong

I. Purchased a $50k + 2017 Nissan Armada. Took it in several times with only 400 miles on it. Complaints/ Problem: Air Condition at idle blew warm and humid air.... Had it looked at once they said it seems to be ok. Took it home and bought a gauge that you put in the vent to show the temperature, while driving it read 40 degrees at idle it went to 60-70 degrees. Took my vehicle back to Castrucci, this time they kept it a day and a half only to tell me and I quote "Checked system and found AC working properly, vehicle is operating as designed at this time" picked up my SUV and drove it around, parked it and 5 min later it blew warm air...Took it back immediately and the manager came out and drove it to tell me it was ok. The manager was Arrogant and condescending. So I made a appointment with Jeff Schmitts service dept, they brought me right in to find not only was the freon low, but the coupling fan was leaking and blowing oil all over. They showed me and stated the assembly needed replaced. Long story short they (Jeff Schmitt) Replaced the cooling fan coupling assembly and added Freon.... So I would not recommend Matt Castrucci service dept. at all.... Sales is great. Service Sucks!!!! And not one sorry for inconvenience...

Poor follow-up

The only dealer that never even gave me a price. Excellent service department, but I would go elsewhere to purchase.

poor dealership to buy a car

Price changed after they papers were signed on the car. TWICE. Get another dealership. Sales doesn't answer calls. Imagine if you would actually need service afterwards....
