This is our first BMW. We visited the local dealerships and contacted a few that were distant. When I first called Kelly I spoke with Bill R.....he sets the bar really high when it comes to customer service! We knew Bill was the one we wanted to work with and we are so glad we did! Truly the entire sales process has been a pleasure. The great service continues even after the sale! You really get the royal treatment here....I can't thank Bill and Kelly BMW enough. We love our new 4series !!

Great buying experience

Kelly BMW and Bill R., got us a great deal on a 328xi. The whole sales process with Bill R., from first entering the dealership to signing off on the car and follow up, was very proessionally done. We felt extremely comfortable working with Bill. There was no sales pressure at any time, gave us the keys and freedom to do the test drive ourselves multiple times and walked us through all the options in a well-reasoned way. It made our decision making easy and we are very happy with our decision to buy our BMW form Kelly.

2nd BMW with Kelly BMW & David M

Last fall I leased a new 5 series from Kelly BMW and David M. Our experience was so rewarding (per my review last year) that my wife decided to trade-in her Lexus and add a second BMW to the household. We originally planned to get a fairly basic package, but David was able negotiate a great deal on a 3 series with some sweet features that we hadn't expected while staying at the same lease payment we were seeking. Looking forward to our next BMW when the lease is up our 5 Series in a few years! Definitely recommend Kelly BMW and David M.

David was helpful in providing reasons for and against a particular car. Extremely honest. Knew everything about all the different models. They didn't have the specific car he thought would be best, and he grabbed another dealer's while still offering the superior price. Already have been back and he provided a great amount of help. I feel comfortable seeing him at any point with a question or concern.

My wife and I purchased a BMW from them yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. David M. was our sales consultant and was one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. We never felt rushed or hurried throughout the sales process. David walked us through all of the features of the car and was very patient with us as we learned about our new car. As for David if you're buying a car.

Scuba Diver Makes Plunge for Better Price!

This is our 4th BMW from Kelly and David M. David knew on this particular visit that my biggest concern was price. Anyone who has ever purchased a BMW knows there is not a lot of wiggle room with price. Nevertheless, after coming to an agreement on price David phoned me the next day to say he had found a way to lower the price a bit more. I think most sales associates would have been happy with the sale and just walked away. David went the extra mile to find a bit more. He went above and beyond and that is what separates him from the rest of the pack. Oh, and he scuba dives!

Who knew buying a new car can be such a fun and enjoyable experience, and this after 50 years fo buying cars. First BMW and first at Kelly. David M. is wonderful, ask for him if you arre interested in buying a new BMW. Even my wife was impressed!

Wonderful car buying experience actually happened at a dealership and the dealership was Kelly BMW. David M. excels at helping you BUY a car. Note I did not say selling a car. David pulls out all stops in getting you the best deal possible and he does it with aplomb! David listened to what I said and knew exactly what I wanted in a SUV. He also was honest in all respects and his character is impeccable. This man knows what a customer is and will help you to buy the car you want. Let me emphasize that David will not Sell you a car, he will bend over backwards to help you buy a car. Equally impressive was I ordered and received the car in less than 3 weeks. David delivered the car to me and explained many mundane features of the SUV. While explaining to me the features, David noted a blemish on the wood near the shifting knob. David immediately took the car to the service department to fix the blemish. The blemish was not reparable so a new wood panel was ordered and was installed two days later. I am a senior citizen and have purchased many new cars, but never have I experienced such a wonderful buying experience. David sets the bar and there are few who even come close to the high standards David sets in the car buying arena. Oh, my BMW X-3 complements the customer experience I received from David.

Excellent Sales Experience

After weeks of looking for the right car and getting frustrated with the attitude of the local dealerships, we decided to visit Kelly BMW to see what they had available. We met David Migliore and immediately felt that we had an advocate who wanted to help us get into the right car at a fair price. He was upfront about the pricing and incentives and worked with us to get a fair price on our trade-in. Great guy and great service. Would recommend David Migliore and Kelly BMW to any of our friends and family.

Best New Car Sales Experience in Columbus

Kelly BMW and Tim Rittenhouse have sold us four BMW's over the past several years. They have always been very respectful, honest, and professional....and they have very fair pricing compared to bigger dealerships in town. We have considered other brands, but the new car buying experience at Kelly BMW, and Tim Rittenhouse specifically, keeps us coming back. The service department also bends over backwards to keep people happy. They actually make buying and owning a BMW a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Tim in particular as has made all of our new car buying (and trade-in) experiences fun and exciting.

Kelly BMW and more specifically my sales specialist, David Migliore, were beyond helpful, knowledgable and it was easy to tell they shared the same level of passion for BMW cars as i do. I leased a 2012 335IS after advice and being educated by David. The car is incredible and the level of service and customization offered to me at Kelly was great!

Outstanding Sales and Service

Kelly BMW was incredible with a recent experience I had. I have leased approximately 10 cars from my household via Kelly BMW over the past 15 years so I already knew the great sales and service they provided. However, I had a different experience this past year where I had to get out of my 5 series lease due to an unexpected problem which Kelly BMW covered. Scott Lamp and a few others worked with me immediately to get me out of my lease and into a new one within days. Unfortunately, I also caused about $2K of damage on my prior leased car the day I was turning it in - I filed a claim thru my insurance but Kelly BMW took the car back and got it repaired while they put me in new one that day. I was truly grateful and happy with the outcome.

Professional, stress-free and FUN car buying at Kelly

Eric, Tim and Darren were each fantastic. I first contacted them via their website and we did all the initial processing via email - they were incredibly responsive and engaging...to the point where the deal could have almost happened virtually, since I have owned a BMW previously and understand the unique attributes and quality. Previously, I owned in NY so this was my first experience in Ohio. Kelly was the first BMW dealership I approached after negotiating on a couple of other luxury roadsters...quite frankly, their follow-up, customer service, attention to detail and extremely stress-free process was far above and beyond the local luxury competition. They handled my personal situation with professionalism, personal attention and genuine intention. It was a pure pleasure and the post-buying experience has been fun and delightful, from cookie deliveries to personal calls and email check-ins. I enjoyed the personal connections that I made in addition to the thoroughness Tim showed in making sure I know all the capabilities and features of my vehicle. I look forward to a long-term, loyal relationship with Kelly BMW and the team there. We will be buying from them again without question.

Being a female buying a car is a daunting experience to say the least. I fortunately ended up at Kelly BMW where of that all changed. My salesperson Tim R. treated me, I felt, like he would any customer male or female. I appreciated the straight forward, no games, process of negotiating a car. It's a team effort with the salesperson and the dealership management. So far, my experience with both have exceeded my expectations.

Ive purchased a dozen cars from Kelly BMW over the years. During that time, I think Ive met most of the people who work at the dealership. I can say, unequivocally, that all of the people Ive encountered at Kelly -- from the Sales Manager to the service writers to the receptionists to the guys in the shop -- have been unflinchingly professional, personable, and willing to go the extra mile. The sales process has always been completely above board, without the usual car dealer bait-and-switch shenanigans. More importantly, that same level of customer service continues long after the sale, too. Whenever Ive had a problem or an issue with one of my cars, I know that it will be adequately addressed by the team at Kelly, giving me one less thing to worry about. I buy BMWs because I love the brand, but I buy them from Kelly BMW because I know that I will be valued as customer long after Ive signed on the dotted line.

Just purchased my third car from Bill R. and as expected the experience was fast, easy, and professional. The biggest thing I care about is doing what you say and not playing games, he and Eric are super easy to deal with and are very transparent in the negotiation process. The dealership has always been great to work with and they go above and beyond every time I have dealt with them.
