All members of the sales staff at Gahanna Auto Sales were extremely professional and personable. Each member took time to ask questions and make the deal work for me. They were flexible, helpful, and quick to communicate. Members communicated via e-mail, phone, and text. Each time I went to test drive, the car was ready, clean, and pulled to the front of the lot. This is a place where the manager cleans the snow off by himself and cleans the driver's side carpet; even after final paperwork. had been completed.

Awesome experience

We just wanted to say how awesome these guys are to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and pressure free. We went to the lot to check a car we had seen online. Not intending to buy that day, only to continue our research on the make and model we were looking to buy. We had been to a couple other lots and were not impressed. It was a totally different experience with Steve and Craig. We got a very fair offer on our trade, filled out the finance app and went home to wait while Craig worked to get us our best financing offer. As I said, no pressure. Needless to say, the next day we went back and bought the 2016 Camry we had in mind and we absolutely love it. I can't recommend these guys enough! Please don't hesitate to check out what they have to offer. This is not your typical used car lot and these guys are not your typical used car salesmen. We can't thank them enough.
