I had a very poor experience with the financing department that caused me much misery and wasted time over the course of 3 weeks. I have a very good credit score however the dealership would only use one credit agency and due to an error was unable to see my score. I unfroze my credit 6 times and spent 8 hours on the issue-after I had already purchased the vehicle. Incredibly after all of this, they simply switched to a different credit agency and the problem was solved in 2 minutes. Terrible lack of common sense with ineffective management

I had a positive buying experience with Matthew Dodok at Acura Crown. He went to great lengths to explain the features, ask questions to help with the initial set up, and was very professional. I would recommend Matthew and Crown Acura!

I had a great car buying experience at Crown Acura! My current lease was up and I needed to make a decision on a new vehicle quickly. I decided to purchase a 2019 RDX and could not be happier with the performance, gas mileage, etc. Colin and his team did a great job from explaining all of my options, to locating my RDX and delivering it to me in time for my lease return. I purchased my 2019 RDX in October 2018 and worked with Mike Screptock during the sales process. Ryan took care of me in the Finance department and helped me to decide which warranties, etc. were a good fit for my needs and made the finance process a seamless experience. Since I purchased my RDX in October, I have had an opportunity to visit their Service department and Pat Janos could not be more accommodating. This is definitely a 5 STAR dealership and I would highly recommend you check these guys out if you are considering an Acura. You will be glad you did!
