I recently went to Coughlin Circleville to look at a new vehicle with no intention of purchasing but later that day I walked out with the same vehicle I was looking at. The sales rep I had was great and did a lot of running back and forth but kept me informed in the process!

I was in the middle of negotiating and getting financing for a car and the dealer sold it out from under me. Not to mention offering 2000 less than rough trade in value on a fair trade car. I would thing twice before dealing with this deeler. I also received this from the sales person Barbie..."All vehicles are for sell unless closed on financing and unfortunately we were not" while I understand this is true it is NOT good faith dealing. If you want to buy a car from them have cash in hand and best of luck! After all that and a days worth of Emails with Joshua I received a email inviting me to test drive the car they sold out from under me. What kind of dealership is this?

I came in with my old truck for service. I found out some bad news. My salesman Kevin Cook, looked and found me an amazing truck and deal. This is my 2nd truck bought from here, and they will have all my future business.

Will's new Escape

my son Will bought his first vehicle which was a huge accomplishment for our family. Will has been in the Autism spectrum for 23 years and we never thought this day would come. Our Sales lady was Barbee. She was fantastic and really connected with Will. She took time to explain all the options. She has also stayed in touch with him since the purchase. Way up and beyond expectations. If you are going to the Coughlin Auto facility in Circleville make sure to ask for Barbee.
