JP our salesperson was amazing, he was not pushy or rude and let us browse at our own pace. They made a very reasonable offer on our trade in. JP was also extremely knowledgeable on the Rav4 and was able to answer all of our questions. JP was the only person in our experience with this dealership that kept his word, returned our calls and went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were completely happy.

I decided to purchase a car from Kings. A 2002 Chrysler Sebring. Knowing it did not have power stearing or AC I had the dealership look at it; as well as 2 other mechanics. Come to find out it needs additional $1200 to fix the AC compressor in order to have both, also the check engine light has been on shortly after driving the car off the lot. I had thought it might be minor work that needed to be done. I have been driving the car since August without power steering. I went back to the same dealership, same sales man and looked at another car to trade my recently purchased car in. The car is in the same condition as when I purchased it and I was told by the sales man that his manager would not even test drive the car. The car did not move from the spot I parked it in when the manager did his "review and drive" of the vehicle. I went back to "upgrade" my car because I am pregnant and due in the middle of August. I cannot afford $1200 repairs up front. There is not a payment plan or any type of assistance to help with these repairs. I cannot drive a car with a newborn without AC or power steering. So now I am stuck with a car for the next year (its not paid off until 2015 Aug) that has these issues. The dealership should have a detailed report of what is "wrong" with the vehicle so that consumers can make a better educated guess. The salesman was not sure why there wasn't power steering or AC. With a full service maintenance on site this shouldn't have been an issue. thank you

I've bought 6 or 7 cars from this dealership, all from Steve S. He got me a great offer for my trade-in, and the price for the new Sienna was comparable to the Edmunds fair market value. The few minor imperfections in the new car were quickly resolved. The entire process was quick and fair.

I purchased a Toyota from Kings, and every aspect from sales to continued service has been top notch. The place is extremely clean, the employees courteous and efficient. They are open early and have extended hours to accommodate most anyone's schedule. They really do want you to have a great car buying experience.

This was the worse experience I had gone through, very stressful for two weeks down payment was messed up and took a hit on my credit because it went to collections, The first time I came there I was so impressed when I leased my car but this time was a total nightmare, I live in dayton ky and drove up there now I wish I didn't

Bought my first car a 2013 scion frs. They explained the sale process to me in detail and they treated me like I was a friend or a returning customer. They were very excited to show me my new car. And their serviced department is friendly and fast. One important note is most if their inventory us indoors and you can veiw the cars out of the weather and the cars stay in a nicer condition because of it.

I had a very good experience in the sales department with Joe. He wasn't pushy and he answered all the questions and knew all about the vehicles and could give you comparisons. I wish the service dpt matched the sales- I am not impressed with the service dpt. I recently had an issue with the tire- they told me I curbed the tire and that is why it was low- found out it had a nail in it.

This was the worst sales experience I have ever encountered. I traded my scion tc, took the new car, eclipse to my mechanic and found the head was cracked in the engine. When I brought it back they refused to give my car back and refused to exchange the car for something different. I ended up selling the car for salvage parts. I contacted the VP of Toyota sales and never heard back. I will never shop at kings Toyota or any Toyota for that matter. I have told as many people about my experience and will continue to do so. I have already persuaded five friends out of a Toyota and into a VW, and I hope they can do the same for their friends and family.

I was looking for a very specific car and color combination and found it 200 miles away at Kings Scion. More specifically, my 16 year old son called Greg the night before and he was very informative and gave my son his number. I called, put down a deposit, and the car was exactly as advertised and awaiting me to purchase it. Everyone there was very friendly and run a very efficient shop.

My car had complete engine failure so unexpectedly I was shopping for a new car. I went around the entire Kings Automall looking for a new car and the shopping expierence I had at Kings Toyota blew me away. I bought a new Camry, it had comparable features to the KIA Optima & Honda Accord but my great experience at Kings Toyota was a huge selling point that drove me to pick the Toyota. They were very friendly and not pushy and provide me with low up front pricing without having to negotiate and go back and forth like at the other dealers. This made me feel I was being treated right and gave me comfort that over the life of my ownership this is a dealer I could happily come back to and not feel like they would take advantage of me. I would recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new car as they will go out of their way to make your buying experience exceptional!! Kings Toyota As good as it gets!!!
