Dishonest, Rude, and unprofessional

I called the dealer about a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and the salesman led me to believe that the vehicle was in excellent condition inside and out. I was skeptical by the posting because it said the exact same thing. I told the guy I was going to have to drive 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get there and to please be honest about its condition. Well I was fooled I went there to look at the vehicle and the posting said it had remote start but when I got the key there was no fob to do the remote start, so I asked if there was a key fob that went with the vehicle and he said no but he could program one to unlock the car. I over looked the outside of the vehicle and there was rust all over the edge of the hood about 2 inches up, and they just painted over it. The lower Part of the bumper was disconnected and it had been hit before cause it was spider cracked all over. The inside of the vehicle smelled like it had mold in it there was pieces missing from the overhead storage compartment. The driver side sear had a huge hole in the side of it where it looked like it got cut out and not just from wear. There was also somthing sticky all over the carpet in the back. I talked to the salesman that I talked with on the phone and all he had to say was it was all wear an tear an thar I was being to picky. This was a 2016 vehicle so all the problems it had didn't just seem like wear an tear but he acted like I was an idiot an that I should of known that the vehicle was going to look like that. He said it's used so this is what you get. Knowing how much he lied about the vehicle upfront just made me wonder what else was wrong with the vehicle mechanically. In my opinion the salesman is a typical sneaky salesman and by the posting it seems like the owner might be the same way. If you buy from this dealer just be prepared on what the vehicle might look like or in this case smell like too.

The sales person I dealt with is Justin delta he was very helpful and patience. An did what he could to get me in the right vehicle . And he did I purchased a 2011 caddilac srx through the dealership and proud to say thank you Justin and the sales team there at Cincinnati used auto sales

My husband and I just purchased a 2009 Pontiac G8 through this dealership and Justin was more than accommodating to our needs. We missed the original deadline on the loan approval due to a loss in the family and he had no issue working with us to not only secure a new loan from the lender, but even worked to find us the best down payment and monthly payment options. We will definitely do business with Cincinnati Used Auto Sales again on our next vehicle purchase. Thanks guys!

Offensive and inappropriate salesman- go anywhere else

Absolutely take your money elsewhere. We went to inquire about a Toyota Highlander, and the owner’s son Troy was incredibly condescending. I showed him vehicles of the same year, make and model in much better condition on cars.com for comparison that clearly indicated they had theirs overpriced, and he insisted we do our “proper due diligence” before returning on Monday. At that point, my fiancé very calmly and politely told him he didn’t appreciate his condescension and we would take our business elsewhere, and he shouted at us to “F@*! Off” on our way out the door. Wow, What a way to treat potential customers.

Awesome dealer, friendly, professional, reasonable pricing, flexible in addressing any concerns / issues I brought up. They go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Car was detailed perfectly and they went the extra mile by replacing aftermarket parts that I brought in at no additional labor cost to me. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

We purchased a mini Cooper jcw. They found a noise before we arrived to test drive it and repairs were made. All of their cars are clean, great condition and reasonable prices. The whole process was simple and we were able to send in documents prior to arriving so most of the paperwork was completed. If you want a lot with a huge, diverse selection of cars, this is your place.

Ripped Off Big Time

I moved to the NKY area in May 2018. The car I drove here broke down one week after I moved here. I had a paid internship but I had not yet gotten paid, which made it incredibly difficult to get a loan for a car due to no proof of permanent income. I found a car online at this dealership and decided to check it out. I took it for a test drive and did all the checks I knew how to; it all seemed fine. Desperate due to no car & financial problems, I decided to not look around further. About 10 miles after leaving the dealership and signing the papers, my tire pressure light came on. Soon followed by my engine light. Which made me believe the dealership wiped my dash just long enough to get me to sign the papers. In the past year of owning this car, I have had multiple problems that I should not have with a 2016 car. I am currently getting my tires changed and my mechanic discovered that one of my wheels is not the same size as the others. Which is incredibly dangerous for me, the car, and everyone on the road around me. On top of two faulty sensors ($100 each), my gas cap refusing to click even after purchasing a new one (causing dash lights to turn on), and a bug problem that I cannot rid, I will never return to this dealership. I urge anyone reading this to take the car to a trusted mechanic before purchasing from this dealership and test drive it long enough to get the dash lights to turn back on because they've likely been wiped.

Just purchased my F-150 and we have been overly pleased with the whole experience. Dealt with Troy and Seth, both were upfront and honest. We were very pleased with the willingness to take care of a couple issues with the vehicle and for Seth to always seem to be working for us. We told him what our max payment had to be and he took it from there. I will definitely make this the first lot I’ll shop in the future. Norman Cunningham

This Dealership Is Completely Crooked

We purchased a 2012 Mercedes just over a year ago. At the time of purchase, we were assured that the vehicle had been inspected and passed their “quality assurance standards.” We were even sold an extended warranty to ease our worries. Less than 9,000 miles later, we have now learned that the oil has never been changed on the vehicle and the entire engine has to be replaced, an expense of $33,000, more than the cost of the car. I’m not posting this out of vengeance for the dealership, but rather as a warning to potential customers. Do not trust this dealer. They have offered no us no resolution. Now we are stuck with a worthless vehicle and a bank note. I repeat, do not buy from this dealership. They don’t inspect their inventory before making false promises. When you purchase a used car, you have to put a good deal of trust in the seller, since it is agreed you’re buying it “as is.” This dealer has proven to be far less than worthy of any sort of trust from customers.

I test drove a truck that had a check engine light on and a large puddle of water in a well beneath a rear seat. Three weeks later they still haven't looked at it. I texted 11 days ago and got no answer regarding the issue. Refused to negotiate price. Offered to sell me the truck with the light still on. Gee, thanks.

Exceeded Expectations

Purchasing a preowned car can sometimes be an arduous process. Choosing to buy a preowned car that is located 2500 miles away, can be downright dubious. However, Ron and his team at Cincinnati Used Auo Sales, made the process both pleasant and memorable. After discovering the vehicle online, a quick due diligence revealed that it not only checked all the boxes, it was being offered at an extremely competitive price. A clean Carfax report, the low mileage, and a local pre-purchase inspection revealed that there was absolutely no reason to not complete the transaction. Flights were booked, lodging reservations made, we arrived in Cincinnati to discover the car was better than advertised. The paperwork was painless, the car was washed, and we simply drove it back to the west coast. It’s not often that a used car purchase experience goes this well. From beginning to end, the process was professional, honest, and remarkably pleasant. The next time our family embarks on a preowned car purchase, we will definitely begin our search at Cincinnati Used Auto Sales. Then perhaps, we’ll explore the southern route home.

Buyer beware

Car only ran one full week after purchase. AC went out and now the battery will not hold a charge due to some parasitic drain issue and this dealer refuses to service the car leaving me out of thousands of dollars, no car, and huge repair expenses. This company is only about making a sale not keeping customers or selling dependable vehicles.
