Busam Motor Sales

I have visited this dealer twice in the past 6 months. I do my homework, so I knew the range of prices to expect on the vehicles in which i was interested. I had visited other dealers to get their best price, but I could never even get a "bid" from this dealer, so both times, I purchased a new car from a different dealer. They need to be in control of the negotiation process, but it is difficult for a person with any knowledge to get a straight answer from them on the price of any vehicle that they have for sale.

Went to Busam today to look for a new or used vehicle. The salesperson iquired if I was ready to make a deal and I replied "yes". Asked how long it would take for them appraise my vehicle and he replied 15 minutes. So I found an SUV I liked and took a test drive. When I return, I asked about the appraisal, the salesman responded that they got busy. I said fine and took another car for a test drive. When I returned the appraisal still wasn't done and they were asking me to sign the offer sheet. I told them to appraise my vehicle, the sales manager started throwing some low ball numbers and I asked for my keys and walked. I guess they feel like they must have the upper hand in all dealings. I really liked the SUV and I wanted to work with them, but I guess they had to revert to the old games. I will take my business elsewhere.
