On January 10, 2009 after calling all over the place and driving to a few local car dealers. We could not find the truck we wanted. A plain jane. Dodge 2008 1500 with a 8 foot bed. We called out to Junction Auto Sales and they had one. So we drove out there. Looked at the truck never drove it. waited for the finance department to run our credit. We were trading in a vehicle we had neg equity (which we were aware of before we went in) Finally everything was done the papers were signed it was a done deal it was pretty late on a Saturday evening by now. We went out to get our crap out of the old truck which seemed like it would have taken about an hour and it was freezing cold out side. And here comes the finance guy (Ray Puzder ) he calls over to my husband and ask him if he can come back inside. I thinking OMG they canceled the loan we aren't getting the truck :( And what does he say but something no one ever would take the time to tell anyone after everything has been completed and they can all go home. He says another bank just came through with a lower interest rate and it will make your payment lower if you come back in all I have to do is re-do the paper work and you re-sign. We could have left we never would have known. But He told us this is what the meaning of integrity is. Thank you Ray Puzder they way we see it is you saved us over $5040.00 over a period of 6 years. Maybe the truck depreciated when we drove it off the lot. But Junction Auto Sales became Appreciated way before we ever left. As well as our sales man which I did not remember his name but I forgot to ask about the bedliner befor the deal was done and we got the bedliner for 1/2 of what it would have been too. Thanks.

I have been buying my cars from Junction Auto for years. I have been buying all USED cars for years and have nothing but good reviews. The cars were very clean and comfortable. I went in, test drove a car, the next day i was driving home in it. The owner even called me and asked how my car was.

I purchased a used car here two days ago. I didn't notice the alignment when I test dove the car, but on the way home I noticed it was off a little. I received a message from the salesperson today saying "I just wanted to see how the car is running and if you need anything just let me know." So, I called back and said the alignment was off a little. His tone completely changed and starting giving me [violative content deleted] about how it's not covered, but maybe he can talk to his manager since I just bought it. He calls back and then says no they can't do anything about it, BUT call me if you need anything." Well HELLO! I just did. This is just another reason why used car dealers have such a well earned horrible reputation. I could understand if I called them a month after I had the vehicle, but I have only had it two days. Do not go here. Once they sell you the car, they don't give a crap about you or what problems might arise with the car.
