Tony Williams, what a great guy to work with. Got me in my 23 Tacoma with ease. The finance guy( sorry I don’t recall the name), also made this super smooth. Everyone was pleasant. Awesome job y’all so glad I came out from about a hour away!!!

Tire rotation issue

I took my FW to Brunswick Subaru for its 30k maintenance service and i was disappointed. I put a mark on the rear tires just to see if they really rotate the tires since it is included on my payment. When the service representative told me it was done and he gave me the papers i went out and check the tires and saw that the marked rear tires were still in the rear. I showed the service rep the picture and the time i took it. As soon as he saw the pictures he took my car back and fix the problem. Now i dont even know if the mechanic really did flush the break fluid or just did a refill. I am considering taking my FW and my wife’s crosstrek also my inlaws car to other dealership. This for sure is not the first time this happened in this dealership. Brunswick Subaru is a big disappointment.

I bought a car I didn't even know I wanted. Subaru dealership was great, no complaints. Car buying and financing was easy. Staff was good. Salesman was pleasant, willing to meet my requests and not pushy at all. Car was exceptional.

2015 AWD Sienna Passenger slider not closing

Our ‘15 Sienna had a “factory extended warranty” on the minivan’s sliding door that would not automatically close. Door closed half way then by itself OPENED again. Brunswick Automart Ordered parts that included a bar piece that needed to be custom painted to match the van’s color & they replaced hinges too. It took about 4 hrs so the dealer offered a replacement no-charge rental for the day. Much appreciated!

I can't give them a zero star rating... Shady People.. Nanette Slack (salesperson) and Terri Mateo (sales manager). I think they have a side business going with the Ohio Educational credit union. I've been a TFS customer forever (this is my 3rd RAV) and suddenly OECU is the place to be. Really?? Per Nanette, her whole family uses them.. that was the first red flag. Interest rate is 2% higher that TFS was... hmmm Then OECU sends paperwork and apparently they don't do online payments without charging a $7 fee or $12 over the phone. People don't use checks anymore... so really? Does the AutoMart folks get a portion of that? I've been researching "Truth in Lending" laws and they're breaking a boatload of them. Shame on you folks...

Bait and switched

In late December, I negotiated 4.59% financing with salesman ( my credit union offered 4.99) on a 2022 certified used Subaru with 6k miles. Finance guy switched me to 9.59% without telling me; I found out when first billing statement came in the mail. I called salesman, he confirmed he put 4.59 on paperwork he gave Finance. Salesman said the finance guy would call me. I've heard nothing.

Good Service Department

The Subaru service department is great. The only thing I have to comment on is they seem to always overfill the oil when it's changed. My husband always checks the oil level after I have an oil change. This time he drained 1/4 to 1/2 of a quart of oil out of the car in order for the level to be correct. I did mention this issue to the service person at time of my last service registration. But alas, it still occurred. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service at this Subaru dealership.

My 2022 RAM broke down it was towed to Slimans where it sat for 5 days. I called our Salesman Dean Molnar at Brunswick. He arranged to have the truck picked up, and a loaner car waiting. Brunswick Auto Mart had it repaired in a day.
