Not going back

Salesman were rushing and rude. Milo walked away saying he couldn't "deal with me", passed me on to someone else who was also rude. Later on a Sunday and I think they wanted to go home. Head salesman wouldn't even look me in the eye. I left and of course the next day they called me back. No thanks, took my $ elsewhere

The Perfect Experiance

My 2005 Kia Sportage died while I was driving on 480 going to work. My mechanic told me the engjne was seized up and the car was toast. You guys got me into a new car and off the lot the same day. You were a God send.

DO NOT GO HERE!

I purchased a vehicle from Kia of Bedford. They made promises to fix a lot of things and it never got done. Whenever I called they always put me off. My salesman was friendly as he was selling me this [non-permissible content removed] then when I went back to tell him about the problems he acted like he didn't know who I was, when I asked to do a trade in he pushed me off on someone else.. DO NOT GO TO SALESMAN ALLEN M. COMPLETE [non-permissible content removed]. Also DO NOT GO TO KIM Y., his First question how much are you putting down? They are both after the money and both are [non-permissible content removed]. I'm stuck with [non-permissible content removed] of a car that I regret everyday.

They did what no one else could

I went there on a whim to try to find financing and get a new or used car cheap and easy! I dont have very good credit but ill say this with no cosigner and $1000 down i drove off that night in something i liked with a warranty. It did take about 5 hours to get every thing done they had to work a deal that was good for me! Sales men were nice and honest with all question, i would use them again. It just took a little longer so if your in need of a good car and need it now go to kia of bedford! Just remmeber make sure you have a few hours!

Purchsed a Kia Exclaim

We went to 2 differ dealerships and found the make, color Kia Soul, we wanted at Kia of Bedford. We did our research so we knew what we wanted. The Salesman's job was going to be easy. None the less it is not the salesman I want to review, the salesman Scott was very professional and friendly and service oriented. The dealership met our price and we completed paperwork and the figures did not change. We were content. Till a week 1/2 later I recieve a call that we were provided with the incorrect paperwork the car we drove off with. It has a different VIN number. Without the correct paperwork, we cannot register the car. My husband travels for his job and he was currently out of town with the new car. Since the car is in his name, Kia told us that he had to complete paperwork again, this time with correct VIN number. A week goes by and no paperwork is mailed to my husband, on numerous occasions he left messages with several people, one in financing, one in title dept., the salesman and no one return calls. Finally the paperwork arrives, he completes it and sends back in the UPS prepaid envelope sent by Kia. He sent it on a Monday my husband returned that same Wednesday and we went personally to the dealership, to discover that the Finance person informs me that he was unaware of the situation. Apologizes profusely, assure my husband that we will be contacted that same afternoon. Today is Thursday and no one called. I had to contact several times and demand to speak with a manager, I spoke with the Finance Director and she was very attentive and apologetic and stated that the paperwork and title will be sent out today personally by regular mail and that I should recieve by Saturday. I will give her credit for taking on the accountability for the very poor service provided by Kia and several of its representatives with failure to return our calls. Our tags expire in 7 days. I truly beleive if I had not been persistent with my calls they would never have returned my previous calls or contacted me. This only proves to me that they are not organized with their system and definitely in need of some form of quality control to ensure that wrong paperwork is not given out with wrong vehicle. What does this say for the service dept. Beware and ensure that they are providing you with the correct paperwork for the vehicle you are purchasing.

Stay clear of Kia of Bedford

Let me start off with read all your paper work, and make sure you do the math yourself. I was rushed and missed looking at total cost of the car. What they did was take the total amount of rebates and down payment and ADD it to the MSRP of the car... I ended up giving them $3000 on top of what MSRP was. I feel like a total jackass for not looking at the sale a little more, but this is only my second new car and I don't have the best car buying skills. What makes me mad is how a company can get away with taking advantage of a person like me, and I can do nothing about it because I signed the paperwork and sealed the deal. Please anyone reading this help me stand up against this kind of [violative content deleted] and not buy cars from these people... put them out of business

Lack of Respect

Kia of Bedford has no respect for customers. They do not attend meetings, in which they schedule. They are not willing to negotiate in a proper way. They made ludacris offers to women, which completely steal their money. The salesman offer prices on cars that are over $2000 more than which is deemed on their website. If you try to e-mail them, you are just wasting your time. Not only do replied e-mails get sent back in child written with typos, they also never again respond. It is a one time take it or leave it type of place. Always, leave it. These people have no respect for salesmanship or for their clients. They wish not to continue in the fight for your business and are thus, doomed to fail.
