Shady Tactics/Commitments Not Honored

In addition to this dealer posting a "Get you in the door price" which was not at all a starting price before my GM discount, I was sold a security etching package that was NEVER INSTALLED. They took my money without providing the service. The sales associate I worked with Nick also did not give me an acceptable explanation of the price listed for my vehicle on their website. He stated that its not "his website" and seemed to agree that it was shady posting the price for what it was on their website. The ONLY reason I purchased this vehicle at this specific dealership was because it was the only one within 400 miles of where I lived with exactly what I wanted. I would have much rather purchased this vehicle from the friendlier more straightforward sales team at Voss. This whole experience just solidified my thoughts about the whole Jeff Schmitt group and I will be letting everyone who is in the market for a new car to avoid Jeff Schmitt.

continued service visits, poor service and quality

Continued issues with service quality, repairs are not done correctly causing repeated return trips to dealership. This visit one of the replacement parts was not replaced as it should have been and another new wheel was damaged during install. All wheels were left with grease and wax or some kind of film on them. I would think the technician would clean off the newly installed wheels once reinstalled on the vehicle. There seem to be no quality control checks within the service department. This makes the fifth occurrence of a repair not being completed correctly or completely causing me to have to return for a follow-up service visit to have the repair finished.

Purchase of Chevy Volt

Exceptional vehicle searched within 500 miles of my home to find this vehicle. Internet sale was right on, told me what my trade value was and the walk out the door price. Stayed after hours to complete sale and could have driven home that night. But I needed snow tires put on. Next day they went beyond and asked if I wanted a fresh oil change. It was worth the six hour drive to buy this vehicle. They accepted my credit card and personal check.
