After working with chad at Mazda my whole outlook on car buying has changed. I used to be afraid of salesmen and car buying in general but chad made this super easy. I felt involved and i felt that i was being listened to about what i wanted and what i was willing to pay. I would definitely come back to this team and chad thank you again for helping me get into a CX 5 #teammazda

Jason Malone's poor customer service

I purchased a new 2018 dodge charger scatpack from Jeff Wyler Eastgate on July 2nd, 2018. It started out on that I went to Wyler and test drove a similar vehicle on June 25th, 2018. We did all the paperwork, got approved, the vehicle I was wanting to purchase wasn’t on the lot at the time but was going to be later in the day so I went home, cleaned my trade-in out, had dinner and came back to the dealership, test drove the charger that I was actually there to purchase. I made my way back to the dealership and was told that I could not buy that car due to a cruise control recall and supposedly no release date on the update for the recall. This should have been noticed and addressed by management before any of my paperwork was completed. At this point, I’m now stuck with my credit being ran, no new car, and no date as to when I will be able to buy the car. June 29th I receive a call from my salesmen, Tommy Miller, stating that a update was released for the vehicle and the computer had been flashed and I am good to go. July 2nd comes around, I make my way to Eastgate Wyler to purchase the charger. One I get to the dealership, I am met by the salesmen notifying me that the charger is in cleanup, once we finalize the paperwork, we will be good to go. Paperwork gets completed and once the charger is brought around, I notice a big chip in the rear passenger side door. My salesmen wrote out a paper stating that “the dealer owes customer a check to repair passenger side rear door. Customer will write and send to Jason for the amount.” Chyrsler sales manager Jason Malone, agreed and signed the paper, and currently will not make right on his end of the deal because he thinks it is too much even after the estimate I provided was verified to being 100% legit by their bodyshop. This is poor customer service and shady acts on his end in order to make and finalize a sale. Jason Malone has basically refused to call me back or return my emails. I have also yet to receive the floor mats for the charger. I’m 26 years old and have purchased three vehicles totaling around $70,000 dollars combined from the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family and I will never purchase another vehicle from there again.

Had a good experience at jeff wyler was only there about 4 hours which was quick and eay and our saleman blake was very professional and easy to deal with. And sold me a very nice car which i intend to enjoy. Thank you Blake. And Jeff Wyler.

Great Customer Service

I had plans to buy a new or used car, so I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers within a couple of days to search because I had a truck that I needed to trade -in. My thing was to get the most bangs for my buck. So my girlfriend and I pulled into Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda and while backing into a parking space we saw Larry outside whom later walked up to us and asked if he could help. I explained to him that I was looking for a mazda3 and that I wanted to trade-in the truck we had. And the rest was history. To my surprise I truly did not expect my purchase/trade-in would go so smooth, as I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers. However, Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the third and I had a deal. So after looking around on a couple of Mazda, Larry went inside and get a set of keys so that we could test drive the black mazda3. So my girlfriend drove the car and so we asked Larry to work his magic and get us deal taking in my truck as a trade-in. He came back a while later and presented a deal which was a bit lower than what I wanted. However, I told him how much I was looking to get and if he could do a little better. So Larry went back to his sales manager and reshuffled the figures a bit. After a little give and take on both sides of the fence we were able to finalize a deal even though I paid a little bit more than I had intended to. But Larry and his finance manager worked extremely hard to make a deal and get me into a new car. In the end we drove away in a new car at about 8:30PM. I had a very decent experience purchasing my new car.

Bait and Switch

We searched their inventory and found the car we wanted and called to make sure it was there. The price was pretty much what we'd be willing to pay but when we get there they basically refused to sell the car without adding on about $1600 worth of accessories. They even gave us a print out showing the price of the car minus the sale discount and then RIGHT below that number was the cost of accessories. So it was like this; Sales discount $1646.60 Cost of Accessories $1646.60. That's just a bait and switch to get people to waste their time coming out to the lot. Then they wanted to offer us $500 less than our trade-in is worth. We tried to haggle to get the price of the care to ACTUALLY be on sale or to get what our trade-in was worth and they refused to budge and insisted that it was the absolute best deal they could offer. We walked out and have been getting annoying phone calls ever since, insisting that NOW they can offer us a better deal. I suspect that we'd find that deal to deteriorate once we stepped into the dealership. I suspect that they thought they could pull one over on my wife who was dealing with this dealership while I was dealing with a GMC dealership. At least as a guy, I've never had a dealer try to run this bad of a deal on me.

The salesmen worked hard to finally get the deal. Still waiting on a return email or phone call about the AC blowing out heat. I have made several attempts since buying it this week. No response. Outside temps are 105you with the heat index. Not fun

My salesman, Kevin Feldkamp, was super nice and very helpful during the purchase of my 2011 Jeep Liberty. He isn't one of those annoying/pushy types at all and I appreciated that. I would recommend using Kevin as your salesman if you ever needed a Jeep from Jeff Wyler.

I first went to Jeff Whyler because my truck died a few blocks away and I NEEDED something ASAP. Kevin Aspen was friendly and fun and helped me get a vehicle that suited my needs and fit my budget. When it was time for an upgrade, I went back for the service and the painless experience. The only problem was with the financing department and that was only because they were so backed up due to all the excellent service leading to so many sales.

Excellent Experience at Wyler Kia

We had just moved to the area and sold a care before leaving our previous home, so we were down a vehicle and needed to replace it quickly. I submitted several quote requests online on Friday evening, and Joe Comer got back to me late the next morning with a Sportage that met our needs and was priced very competitively. When I got his email I called to verify that the vehicle in question was available for the price on the quote; we had just come from an awful experience at Performance Honda where the online quoted price wasn't actually available because of all the dealer add-ons. Joe told me that the price didn't include dealer add-ons (pinstripe and molding), but that he "wasn't going to let $500 stop him from selling me the car". When we arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive, and when we sat down to talk numbers he had everything written up with the previously quoted number; the price of the add-ons had disappeared. We agreed to the purchase, went through what seems to be the standard 2 hours of paperwork, and drove away completely satisfied. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I was with this experience--no pushiness and completely respectful from start to finish. The finance manager even apologized to me (I guess on behalf of all car dealerships) for the experience we had at Performance Honda.

The purchase process was a much better experience than any other dealer I have purchased from in the past. I requested an online quote last week and got a very fair price almost immediately. The salesman was cordial and not pushy at all, answered all of our questions, and had us out the door as fast as possible. Overall, buying a car here was a good experience, and we would purchase from Wyler Mazda again.

New Car purchase

The dealership was very nice and I had a great salesman. I bought a small Kia Forte which is nothing special, but seemed like a good choice in terms of MPG and cost. I can't complain because I got a good deal on the car. My only criticism would be on the management that does the 'hard sales' part of the business. A little pushy at times, but not that bad compared to other dealerships. I ended up getting the car I asked for from another dealership which had it in the color I wanted, but not the extra paint protection which was included on the one I was negotiating. I was also handed paperwork in the finance office with an APR of 3.56% instead of the 2.9% APR which was being offerd from KIA. It wasn't a big difference and I was ready to home so I didn't mention it. I was already getting a good deal so I wan't going to nit pick over interest rate versus APR terminology. However, I do think they should be more accurate. All in All a good experience, Noah was my salesperson and he is very much one to please the customer.
