We purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain from Holman Motors. We test drove a couple of models from a few dealers. Ultimately, a salesperson from another dealer recommended that we meet with Nikki at Holman when we mentioned we were looking at GMC’s as well. So, we reached out and Nikki was accommodating and pleasant to work with from start to purchase. Nikki responded quickly, had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. She answered every question we had. You could tell she was truly happy to work with us and not eager to push us through the process. She was extremely personable! After we worked with Nikki, Laura helped us with all the paperwork. She was extremely personable as well. Leaving there, we felt like it was a great experience. Definitely recommend Holman and Nikki!

I purchased a wheel & tire protection package when I purchased my 2016 GMC 2500 truck from Holman. I had a flat tire which I had change to the spare and the drove about a 1/2 hour from my home Holman for the repair. From the time I got there to the time I left I spent 3 hours at the dealership. The people fixed the tire then put the spare in the back of my truck instead of mounting it on the tire carrier under the truck. I complained about that and it was quickly remedied. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous. Including my drive time, I spent 1/2 day to get the tire fixed which I think is a ridiculous amount of time to spend on a tire repair. In hindsight I should have just taken it to a local shop and paid for the fix instead of wasting a lot of time. I am about due for an oil change and some other maintenance items but I don't want to take it to Holman because of this past experience.

Recently purchased a new 2018 Yukon Denali. I spent 4 differ trips to Holman, debating, looking at features, pricing and everything else you do when you spend a ton of money on a new car. The sales rep was outstanding. I felt like I got a great car, fair price and tremendous service.

Needed wipers replaced on my Van. My time and hours were limited. Being this was a minor service requirement, Gary and the service department had me in and out very quick. As usual they try to work around the customer's needs to provide the best service.

Terrible Situation, Great Service

I bought a used 2012 GMC Terrain from Holman on 6/30/2017. The engine blew on 9/18/2017. I immediately took my SUV to Holman for service. To make a long story short, this is a company that will do the right thing for their customers. Integrity is sometimes lost in this industry but because of how my situation was handled, I am a lifetime customer. Jim in the service department and Mark Holman are great.
