Just went to take a look at what they had and ended up getting a Jeep Cherokee. The salesman Anthony did a great job working with us.

terrible customer service

This place will say anything to get you in the door and into the signing room. Do not take their word, read every page of small print before signing anything. What they said and what was in the fine print of my contract were not the same. After discovering this, I ended up talking to Mr. Tomko himself and couldnt have been more shocked that the owner of the company has such horrible customer service skills. He was rude condescending, arrogant, and didnt help at all. He basically told me that his employees word doesnt matter. Mr. Tomko had a chance to fix the situation but he failed. My advice is stay away from this place - there are much better dealers in the area.

They were very accommodating to my needs! Extremely efficient, experienced and will do what they can to help. I was able to get two new Jeeps close to my price point. I now have the peace of mind that my daughter and I have vehicles that handle great in the snow and bad weather. I would highly recommend Jerrol Walker in sales for anyone looking for a new or used car.

My wife and I have been buying/leasing vehicles from the Ed Tomko dealership for the last several years. Each time we go to the dealership it has always been an open and inviting place. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help. For each of last several purchases/leases we have seen Jerrol Walker. If you are going to be buying or leasing go see Jerrol. He has always been up front and honest about our options. Jerrol has put us in the cars of our liking with no problems and with each purchase he has followed up with us a later date to ensure we are still happy with our purchase. My wife and I are very happy with Ed Tomko and especially with Jerrol Walker. We will defiantly be back to see him again.

Drove from Buffalo, NY to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT they had for sale. Our salesperson, Mike, was fabulous. He had the vehicle all ready to go. We had brought our two Pug dogs with us and the dealership was very accommodating. We received an excellent trade-in on our Buick and worked out a great deal on the Jeep. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Our new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is fantastic!

As a senior I was looking for a new Jeep to match my other Jeep. The sales manager was rude to me with basis answers to my questions. I was looking at a cash deal only but got little interest from sales manager.

Went in to possible trade in our SUV, and the salesman (Mike) was very cold and unwelcoming. At first, when we got there, he seemed OK, after our test drive when he asked "how much would you like your payments to be?" (which by the way was an hour after being there)! We told him, and his only response was "It's not gonna happen" and then he just stared at us, no explanation, no nothing! Just a blank stare... He then made a comment about "well you guys seem to like to put a lot of miles on your car, don't you?" We felt very uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed, we will never return to this dealership and we will never refer friends or family there...very dissapointed!

Was told they would meet or beat any deal from another dealer , came no where close . Because of their stalling me around I lost the advantage of my trade for a new vehicle. Please for your own sake stay away .

Stay away from this dealership!!!I have no idea how they are still in business. They will lie or tell you anything for you to sign the paperwork. They refuse to respond to e-mails even after chrysler has asked them to.I needed a jeep with a remote start and the salesman said it was inexpensive to install with just a few keystrokes as the one i wanted did not have one.. He lied about as it is a $500.00 install. The salesman lie about calling you,when they called.They will hang up on you when you try to address any concerns about the condition of the car when you receive it. They charge your credit card if you use it for a down payment even before they tell you what the price of the car is. Even in they service department the service manager has said they have a problem with their salesman. I should have left as this is the first time i had bought a car from them. They told me the dealership i usually go to was closing. This has not happed. Chrysler themselves has said the have limited ability to say anything to a dealership as they buy the cars from them and after that they can basically do what they want. If i would have read any reviews or read about them on the BBB site i would have never went to them. Chrysler said all they can do is put them in the bad behavior file with the rest of the complaints. I hope this helps someone. One other thing there was no one there on a big sales event day and i really should have left when i heard a customer sreaming at the salesman that he was tring to rip him off.

2010 Dodge Challenger purchase

I just bought a new 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 from Greg Tomko at the Tomko dealership. This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have had. Professional and courteous from my first contact, through the purchase, to delivery of the Challenger. Getting the best price without any games was totally refreshing. The entire process was smooth, with no suprises, and the car was delivered perfect, beautiful, and with a half tank of gas. It's great when you find a car dealership that really knows something about customer service and satisfaction.
