Went there to buy a vehicle. We settled on a price, took a down payment, and got financing. They took advantage of the fact that I live in another state and the fact that I had been working 20+ hours prior to signing the contract. After everything was said and done 3 weeks later I finally got home and was registering the vehicle in my state. That's when I finally had the title in hand (because it was mailed to my home address). They had financed what I had agreed to pay as a full price for the vehicle, plus the 1500 I put down. So, in short they over charged me by 1500 and now I'm paying 1500 more in interest on the loan. I also found it amazing that they could keep the check engine light off for so long. It didn't come on till 3 days after I left the lot.

Before coming to KNH I visited several car dealers. Wasted countless hours as they all said "come on in we'll get you approved no problem" . what a joke that was .Declined every time due to poor credit .I gave KNH a visit and met with Al Harper .He was awesome to say the least .Not only the fact he didn't pressure me like the rest he actually got me approved .The deal was simple and painless .I highly recommend giving them a shot if you need a good car, great price, and are being rejected elsewhere . Rob in finance was also great .Quick and fast deal and a HUGE help .Thank you KNH !!!!
