I took my sister there to test drive a car. An awesome sales guy from another branch was there to help my sister. I left and returned only to see her being forced into signing papers when i had not even discussed with my bank. Amber Christi the finance manager wanted my sister to sign all these papers when she did not know what the finance numbers meant. I mean i was buying with check from bank but they added all these numbers like i was financing through them. When i advised her i rather wait to sign those papers when i have a check from the bank, she got upset and salmmed papers all over the place. They had another finance guy come over and he requested for insurance when i am paying cash. Everything was being pushed on us and making us sign papers when the dollars were ghost numbers. beware. I wont buy from Corwin Jeep in Fargo.

Not a lot to say about the transaction. The sales men sort of run around like chickens with no head and they really aren't knowledgable about inventory or features unless you get to an employee with more than 1 year experience, and trust me they don't stick around long. They were willing to bargain and I did get the price down to a competitive price. They detailed it nicely and worked with my schedule. They offer a trip back to work and car drop off it the time doesn't work for you and you'll get a full tank of gas with a new purchase and a half a tank with a used purchase. They have a massive selection of cars and the website works well. If you're going to be serious about a car I would recommend going straight inside to a proper salesman who knows what they're doing and you can get down to the good stuff. I don't have any major gripes, and I will probably compose a service review when the time comes. The dealership is very up-to-date and they've definitely invested in getting the proper people around the place.

I bought a vehicle from Corwin several years ago that was a lemon. Their offer at resolution was to offer me half what I paid for the vehicle for them to take it back and resell it. I bought a newer vehicle this year that was advertised on KeepItLocal.com and it was advertised as having features that the vehicle did not have. They were uncooperative and refused to do anything to help resolve their false advertising. All they came back with is pointing out a little disclaimer of the website saying it is the buyer's responsibility to examine the car's details. I am still considering taking them to court for this.

Big mistake buying from these people. After purchasing my vehicle I realized it was missing an important feature. I called the salesman back the same day and he said Sorry, nothing he could do about it. I have never heard from him again! They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition and it most certainly was not, after realizing the amount of work I would have to put into it I have gotten rid of it for a huge loss. Frustrating, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Went to Corwin Chrysler Dodge. Bought a NEW T&C van and the whole experience was phenominal! These guys were awesome! From the salesperson greeting us to the management working the numbers to our budget - to the delivery of the vehicle- What a great experience! WOW!!! We will definetly come back to Corwin for our next purchase. -- There service department was very kind at introduction as well.
