Great dealership! Excellent service and attention way after the sale. I bought a used Ford Flex from them on Autotrader last month and had it shipped to Pennsylvania. When I received it, I noticed that the third row seat was cracked. It wasn't noticeable unless the seats were down. They sent me a check for $270 to get it fixed. Whenever I left messages, they always responded quickly. In a world with a lot of corrupt dealerships, it was refreshing to see one with honest, considerate people.

I originally entered the dealership to find out what Eide Ford would give me for my vehicle with no intention to purchase anything that afternoon, I was already working with another dealership. I was absolutely taken back at the level of service my salesman David Boehm was able to offer. I ended up walking out of the dealership that day with a 2015 Ford Fusion which I absolutely love. From my first step into the dealership to my last step out I was offered the absolute best quality of service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I was also taken back by the finance departments willingness to work with me and my financial situation, which is rare as a college student! I have never been through an easier car buying process. Eide Ford's finance department is far superior to any other finance department I have ever experienced. The level of service I was offered was amazing and I cannot wait to tell everyone about it and I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from David and the team at Eide Ford.

If you are looking at a used suv with new tiers and only 30K have them put it on the rack. I didn't and 6000 miles after I bought a 11 escape I had to spend $850 for a wheel alignment. no help from Eide Ford

Not what I bargained for in an Lincoln

Purchased a new Lincoln MKX, went a few blocks, hated the seats, hated the ride, hated the steering..returned, suggested I go home and get used to it. Contacted them again, they would buy back at 9000 less than I had invested already, not sure how I will proceed with this dealer..buyer beware..
