The folks at North Point made us feel welcome. We were out with our Lab looking at Jeeps. When I stepped in the showroom, the sales people insisted that I bring her in. Any dog lover is a person I like to deal with. Thanks Robert Via for helping us on our lease of a 2016 Cherokee. He took the time to make sure we understood all options on our car before we left the salesroom.

This is the first time I bought vehicle out of state and it was great experience. The process was easy and both Smith and Eddie were helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I got a great deal which saved me thousands comparing to other dealers. They know their stuff and I highly recommend anybody who is looking for new car or truck to go visit North Point JDR in Winston Salem.

2016 Jeep Compass

There was a lot of info to take in concerning this vehicle. It wasn't until my drive back to Tenn that I truly appreciated all that was explained during the viewing and test drive. Now that I'm back in a 4WD environment, I have been able to refresh my memory with instructions provided and enjoy the Jeep's qualities. Joseph Ayers' engaging personality and attention to details was outstanding. Fine touches from quenching a thirst to pairing a mobile before allowing me to drive away made it an enjoyable experience. Gwathney Leak also showed due consideration in the finance handling. I would gladly steer another to their door.

Love My New Jeep Wrangler

I knew I wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and did a great deal of upfront research within a 150 mile radius and by far the best salesperson I encountered through the process was Joseph Ayers at North Point. He was very professional and knew his product very well. The whole process from negotiating to final closing paperwork was excellent. I would recommend Joseph and the North Point Dealership to anyone.

The best and quickest experience for buying a vehicle to date even though it was 600 miles away.Eddie Daye and his colleage Ron were extremely helpful and professional. The truck was ready and prepped as promised ready for the long journey back to Orlando FL. Hats off to all at the dealership. We'll be back!!

Great salesman good deal but slow processing

My salesman Phil Flowers was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, attentive to my questions and concerns, and made the deal quick, painless and easy. Only criticism is that it took far too long to wait for someone to process the paperwork for the deal. After showing up form the bank with a check in hand - with no financing to work out - I had to wait an hour and a half forsomeone could see me to do the final paperwork. Phil did a great job of keeping me company and helping the time pass, but management took far too long to process me as a customer who was ready to roll and get out the door. Aside from that, everyone was really courteous and great to deal with. Overall, a good experience, except for the wait to do paperwork.

Excellent Out of State Experience

Purchased a 2015 AWD Durango Limited after shopping locally and not finding the inventory and/or dealers willing to work with us on deal considering we had access to the affiliate program and employee TruCar pricing. After searching for the right vehicle within a 400 miles of home we found it at NPCJDR and reached out to them. After five email exchanges we settled on the right deal and agreed to purchase the vehicle by securing it with a modest deposit. Dealer, and Joseph Ayers, was extremely helpful, professional, and capable at making the entire transaction effortless; flew into GSO mid-afternoon, was promptly picked up by Joseph, driven to the dealer, and back on the road in the new Durango within a couple of hours. Dealer was ready for the transaction, everything went as planned, and Joseph was meticulous at ensuring the vehicle and driver were ready to head out. The experience re-defined our expectations of how an out of state purchase can work and will definitely look to do the same in the future. Thank you Joseph, Michael, Michele, and the entire staff for making this work…big smiles at home when I handed the keys over to the wife!

I recently purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus from Ray Bridges at North Point CJDR and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. He went above and beyond, reading the manual on my new vehicle so he could inform me of its features since he doesn't usually sell Fords and even coming in on his day off to sell me the car! Everyone at North Point had my best interest in mind and really made purchasing my first vehicle a wonderful experience. There was an Edmunds Price Promise deal on the vehicle I purchased and they honored the price and I got the extra benefits from Edmunds, couldn't be happier!

I have shopped for moths for the perfect SUV vehicle. I have looked at the Audi, Infinity, Mercedes, Grande Cherokee, Expedition, Porsche and none of those provided the bang-for-the-buck like the Durango. Joseph Ayers was our agent and stayed over to help with at late evening sale. He was very thorough and professional and I would recommend asking for him when you go get yours!

This is the second jeep we have bought in the last 16 months...and both are at north point. We love the dealership (very fair), with tons of options. I never felt pushed into anything I didn't want. They listen and care about what the customer wants. And Joseph Ayers is a phenomenal salesman- so patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable. We came back to him and will continue to do so! (Everyone is great though!)

Joseph Ayers provided us with a great buying experience. Although it was getting late in the day, he did not rush us and allowed us to view several vehicles and provided test drives. He had great knowledge of the vehicles and was able to give us detailed information about each one. We purchased a Chrysler 200 C AWD and have been very pleased with our purchase. Great Buying Experience North Point Jeep, Alan in sales was super helpful and supportive - even after the sale. The Jeep is just what I wanted. I am having a little issue with the tires on vs what is presented on the sticker, but not a deal breaker. Great place to do business and will continue to do business there.
