It was such an easy process! No haggling, no pressure. Our salesperson, Joshua York, was so easy to work with! We just loved him! The lady in the finance department (I can't remember her name) was also very easy to work with no pressure. The entire experience was unlike any other car buying experience it was so easy!

They had a Nissan Xterra on the used lot I was interested in. Emailed them, told them I was interested and that I would get up there as soon as I could to check it out. I drove 2.5hrs to see the truck, arrived early because I had a wedding to get back to. They were there early to meet us. They offered a fair price and a fair value for my trade. They knew we had to get back and had things happening the whole time we were there. No pressure, except me on them. They didn't hound me with phone calls or emails, but did check in to let me know the vehicle was still there during the week plus delay before I could get up there. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. The dealership is awesome all the way around. They get it from the top to the bottom on how to take care of customers and it shows in their success. True customer service professionals.

This is the 4th Infiniti car that I buy from Modern Infiniti in Winston salem, since 2007. I always had pleasant experience with the staff. mangers, sales persons and service. Dave the salesmen is a gym. He is the most honest person I ever met in the business. They will never pressure you to buy anything. They even give you the car to take home to try it, think about it and if you are still undecided they will understand. My latest transaction was tonight a new q50. It was a very smooth transaction.We agreed on a fair price that keeps all parties happy. I was also impressed with the new manager of the store Brian. This is a family owned business. They have been in business for so many years, They treat their customers really well. What I like about this dealership is when it comes to service, you just drop by without appointment and they will take your car in, no questions asked. All around I would give it 10 out of 10.

I live in Pennsylvania, but was willing to travel for the car I wanted (used 2011+ Ford Mustang GT with a manual transmission), and was using the internet to search up and down the East Coast. A car meeting my requirements from Modern Infiniti showed up on one of my searches, and I immediately called the dealership. I was on a fairly tight budget, and let Dave H. know that from the beginning. He and the rest of the Modern team were very respectful of that budget, and we were able to agree upon a price with minimal negotiation. Dave arranged for one of their drivers (Don) to pick up both my girlfriend and me from the Greensboro airport. In addition to being one of the most interesting people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, Don was courteous and delivered us safely to the dealership. Once we arrived, the great service continued, and after I inspected and test-drove the car, the paperwork went through smoothly. There were no sudden changes to the agreement we had reached, and the car was exactly as the pictures online had shown. I finished signing the paperwork, and we were on our way home. Naturally I was a little nervous beforehand about whether or not the dealership and the vehicle would actually be what they seemed to be, but this process was everything I was hoping for. They made the process easy and stress-free, and were very polite and accommodating along the way. For my own peace of mind, I took the car to my family mechanic to look over and he said the car is in perfect condition. All around, my experience with Modern Infiniti was incredible, and I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a new G37 Sport and had a great buying experience. The GM Rob and GSM Brad did an outstanding job. I never felt pressured during the process and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend doing business with this group.
