We went to Bob King last night ready to buy a car that was advertised there, and I was surprised by the 1970's style high pressure sales tactics employed by the sales staff there. I have not seen that degree of sales pressure in decades. The salesman we dealt with was relentless, so much so that it really turned us off of doing business there even though the car we drove was perfectly satisfactory and we would have bought it had our sales person, Alan L, stopped talking at us long enough for us to discuss it. It was really a negative experience and I don't see any reason we would ever have to consider setting foot in another Bob King dealership to buy a car. There are plenty of other options to get what we want. If Mr. L treats all of his potential customers as he treated us, he won't go far in sales. And if he is typical of the Bob King sales staff, that would be unfortunate.

I am one like so many who find the car-buying process tedious and frankly more drama than it's worth; however, I will say that Bob King Kia has come through. Although they have to dance the typical dance of doing their best to sell you the car you want at the price they can get...they made our experience something that salvaged what otherwise would've been a terribly frustrating process. I personally thank them for working with us to endure our questions, settle out a price we were happy with and just simply offer better service than even some of their sister companies in the area. Here's to Bob King Kia!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Bob King Kia. This dealership gave me the best deal on a 2012 Sportage in a 1.5-hour radius, and it was icing on the cake that they were also the closest. The internet sales team was a pleasure to work with, and Jared Komar was an excellent sales rep. I highly recommend Bob King Kia!

I looked at a number of different makes and models before making my final choice. I was pleasantly with the Kia Sportage EX and my Salesment Tom S was very helpful and professional. He made buying the car a great experience and followed up with us several times to see if we needed anything. Everyone I interacted with was professional - which is not something I can say about the other dealers I visited before making my selection.

Thank you Bob King Kia! I absolutely despise shopping for cars. At least I did before I worked with the professionals at Bob King Kia. I had to buy a car in a hurry and the sales staff at Bob King Kia listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found it quickly. They were professional at all times and extremely friendly. The financing and paperwork were taken care of in a timely manner. The safety features of the Optimas are unbelievable; so was the price! Could not have asked for a better experience! I will be back in the next couple of months to purchase a vehicle for my son.

My first visit to Bob King Kia was not the best service. I bought the Simonize package and took my car in one week after I purchased the car. I was able to get a loaner for the afternoon, which I did appreciate that. I left my car for about 3 to 4 hours and when I returned I found bugs still on the front of the car and on the mirrors. I showed the service manager and he asked me to leave the car again. I went back the second time and the bugs were gone that time. When I purchased the simonize package, I was told I could bring the car in and they would get the bugs off any area that wouldn't wipe off easily. In the mean time my seats were spotted very badly where water or body sweat or anything touched the seats. I made an appointment and took a half day off from work to take the car in for my first service. Well needless to say trip number two was worse. I had asked for a loaner and asked for the car to be simonized again and the seats cleaned since they were in such a mess just from where we had went on a Sunday afternoon hike and got back in the car and our shirts were damp and that stained the seats. Any water that hits the seat when you open the door it stains the seats. I have never experienced this in all the years that I have owned cars. Well, when it was time to get the loaner, I was told that they only did the simonize once in three years. What a rip off to pay that much money for one time and then the seats look like they do. They did clean my seats but when I went to get in the car, the car had not been washed and the seats were soaking wet. The seats now are are horrible just from stains. I am trying to work with the service department again and they have contacted Kia Motors and I am waiting to hear back from them. If they don't do something to fix those seats, I would never recommend a Kia to anyone.
