Poor follow through after the sale!

We bought a truck in 2018, after seeing it on CarGuru. We had a great experience with the sale process (we paid cash) and are very pleased with our truck Our 30-day plate expired and we still hadn't received our license plate. We called them and they lied to us several times about when they mailed the plates, called us liars, were rude, unprofessional and dismissive. We ended up going to the DMV and buying a new plate. We requested to speak to the owner several times and were denied. Chuck (at Bob's) promised multiple times to send us a check to reimburse us for this, since it was their error. We have yet to receive that check for $25. Had they followed through after the sale, we probably would have been lifetime customers.
