I bought a 2008 Expedition from Jeff at Brookbank. He was a "no pressure" salesman, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I also observed him interact with several other customers, and he treated everyone the same. He genuinely interested in making sure you are happy with your purchase and does not try to pressure you to buy. I will look here again when it's time for my next vehicle
