Came into dealership a year ago looking for a vehicle with seating 8, Lou found me a used Expedition from a sister store brought it to the dealership for us to look over. It was exactly the vehicle and price we were looking for. We needed the extra seating and storage because we had just recently adopted 5 kids. The vehicle was awesome and now we are looking for same size but newer. Lou has been searching and watching for my next vehicle. He is very knowledgeable of inventory and checks in monthly to see if our needs changed. Lou is a great asset to the Classic Auto Family

I was looking for a new 2013 Ford C-Max or Fusion hybrid from local Ford dealers in the Raleigh-Durham area. I was also trading in a mint condition 2011 vehicle with only 10K miles on it. I visited 2 dealers for several hours to try to put together a good deal on a vehicle I wanted. I also spoke with 2 other local Ford dealers who did not have the Fusion hybrid I was looking for. Classic Ford in Smithfield replied to my on-line search and we talked on the phone about what I wanted and what my trade was worth. Yolanda (Classic's internet specialist) was one persistent woman and said she could make a deal on a vehicle they had in stock at an excellent price. And she backed it up with a firm email quote detailing the price I would pay and the minimum value of my trade (which went up upon seeing my car in person), which the other 2 dealers were reluctant to do - hence my 6 hrs dealing with them to my dissatisfaction (I was dissatisfied with both their sales price and their especially low ball trade-in values). So I drove 60 miles to Smithfield and we made the deal - which was painless. No bad surprises, no dealer-speak, everything went as expected. The Classic personnel explained how things worked on the car and we were quite pleased overall with the experience. Everyone at Classic Ford was competent and did a really good job, I was pleasantly surprised.

We were so impressed with Yolanda Taylor and the excellent customer service she provided us. She went out of her way and bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I would be satisfied with our purchase. She was very hands on with us and helping us decide which vehicle would best suit our growing family, she even installed our car seats into two vehicles to make sure we would be satisfied with the room. Once we had made our decision, Yolanda went the extra mile to find us the 2012 Escape we wanted, in the color we wanted, with all the features we wanted, and have it shipped in. When it came time to discuss financing she simply listened to what we were willing to pay monthly and she was able to come within pennies of that number. We will definitely be coming back for our next car!

The sales,service and employees suck!!! They sell wrecked vehicles when you ask them have they ever been damaged they say no..you go to trade it in at a completely different place to find out it has been wrecked. you go back to classic ford to see if there is anything they will do about it well GUESS what you get..they will sell you a explorer for $19,999 with $5000 down when there internet price is only $17,200!! I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this trashy place. They lie and are only out for the $. You will get royally screwed if you deal with this place and they DO NOT CARE !!!!
