Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service!

I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium on 4/25/18. First, I will say that my demonstration drive was highly enjoyable. I learned a lot about the vehicle, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I have never purchased a Toyota, so I had a lot to learn about the features and benefits of the vehicle I was driving. When it came to negotiation, the process was a breeze and was very reasonable and comfortable. One day after taking delivery of the vehicle, my Entune model 100150 multimedia system with navigation unfortunately stopped functioning. As the vehicle was out of its manufacturer's warranty and it had not qualified for an extended service contract with its nearly 90,000 miles, the dealer was technically under no legal obligation to repair or replace the head unit. This is where Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford truly set themselves apart from every other dealer I've dealt with. Working collaboratively with my sales person Jonathan Nyquist, the store's General Sales Manager Charles Ellis, and their Finance Director Jason Bell, we reached an excellent solution. The team agreed that the dealership would split the cost of a brand new radio with me. The job was $1,000, and I did not have the $500 in cash to pay at the time for my half of the job. Jason in finance was able to negotiate with my lender to have my half of the radio replacement added to my financing, which only increased my payment by a couple of dollars. The team in the parts and service department also exceeded my expectations. My new radio was coming from California, and we expected it to arrive in about 5 days. Only two days after the parts department ordered the unit, I received a call from Chan Coleman in the service department letting me know that I could come in immediately to have the radio installed! The installation took under one hour, and my radio is now functioning perfectly. About one week after I purchased my vehicle, I received a mystery package in the mail from the dealership. The package contained two Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford coffee mugs and two bags of delicious cookie cups! The company was even so kind as to include the recipe for the delicacies they sent, and I'll certainly be baking them in the future. I cannot thank the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford enough for their hard work and dedication. This dealership has raised the bar for the entire industry. I highly recommend Jonathan Nyquist as a sales representative if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had very positive interactions with Robert Jordan and Johnathan Whitfield in sales, going on very enjoyable test drives with each of them. Thank you to Shannon Jones in the Internet Department for providing information on availability over the phone prior to my visit to the lot! I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect every step of the way by each member of the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. It is clear that this automotive group is dedicated to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention, and I absolutely plan to do business with them in the future.

If you are in the mood for a new or used vehicle this is the place you need to check out. When you arrive the first smart thing to do will be to ask for Paul McCoy to be your sales person. Paul is not only a veteran but, just over all nice guy and will work very hard and tirelessly to earn your business. I purchased a gently used 2015 GMC Canyon truck and I love it. I felt the deal was basically fair to all and then Mr. Rick from the Finance Team stepped up with a great finance rate that closed the deal for us. I wish the entire Sanford Toyota Team a successful rest of 2016 and Beyond. Special Thanks again goes out to Paul as stated he is your man to ask for and Rick for their outstanding customer service they provided to me and my wife. In the future if I need a new or used vehicle I will certainly make the drive from Raleigh and I hope that Paul will be able to again can work his magic. Eli's the best

Eli greeted us almost immediately. His approach was not felt as a high pressure attack but as a friendly greeting. He was patient and asked all the right questions. The deals and benefits are great with the family plan and financing was an easy and actually an almost pleasant task. But to be honest, Eli was the main reason I decided to buy. Thanks Eli and everyone else involved with my shopping experience.

Paul was very patient and nice. He went through multiple options with me on a few different cars. We were there for a lot longer than we planned, but he did everything in his power to make sure I left happy. Once I told him my budget, the kind of car I was looking for, mileage, etc. he didn't show me anything that wasn't what I was interested in (example - I told him I didn't want black interior because that's what I had in my current car and it got way too hot; he wouldn't even show me a car if it fit all my requirements but had black interior. So awesome!) Everyone else we spoke with was very nice and personable too.

Internet Sales Representative

I drove more than 50 miles one way to go to Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford. I scheduled an appointment through their Internet sales representative. She knew that I was driving more than 50 miles to look at one particular used vehicle. I got to the appointment and was informed they sold the vehicle that day. We had communicated that day! It is a small dealership, so she knew it sold and did not inform me. Will never ever go back to that dealership. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Ashley and Dexter were amazing to work with! After my first very poor encounter with Bill I had an extremely sour idea of how this company did business. Ashley reached out to me the next day and she made my second visit amazing. She found me a car I could afford with the payments I needed and Josh worked tirelessly to find an institution that would roll my upside down loan into this new car and still keep my payments where they had to be. Dexter and Ashley took care of my every need or question during the whole buying process and were an absolute blast to be around. Ashley's honesty and willingness to work hard were apparent and is a huge asset to the company. Dexter's and Josh's hard work and dedication to seeing me through to the end was a wonderful surprise. The three of them saved the sale of my car and any future car purchase that I do through Toyota. I hope that they receive the recognition for what I know wasn't an isolated event. I got a good deal on my purchase price for the car and I liked the fact that the dealership is looking into making my first payment on my car as was advertised since the dealership didn't have the color or options I wanted. My sales agent Reginald B was very helpful before, during, and after the purchase of a car. He truly goes above and beyond in being sure I am happy with my car and experience in buying it.

At the time that I bought my truck, I had very little time to look at various dealerships. The one I had visited previously sold only the most expensive models. This dealership was willing to look for exactly what I wanted and was also good about charging me a reasonable price. The also helped me find reasonable financing. I found it to be a positive experience. Service as always been quick and generally in the time frame that was estimated.
