Who’d a Think It

They communicate poorly with clients waiting for their vehicle to receive attention and it is way past the appointment time. As such, I left and canceled the scheduled work. I purchased at this dealership and they have done all service since. I waited three weeks and will give them one more try tomorrow.

You Get A New Transmission

We took our car to Ben Mynatt to have the transmission checked. We found out it was still under warranty. They had a new transmission in my car in just a few short days at no charge to us. They were very helpful and got us through the process seamlessly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ben Mynatt Nissan is the real family Dealership. Adam Soper and the service team was so nice and professional they explained everything so well and they answered all my questions and concerns. I was treated like part of the family. I was offered home made ice cream, one of the guy’s was making that day. Trust, Family, Professional, and Quality are the four words I think of when I go to Ben Mynatt Nissan.

Found the service to be excellent. The service representatives were very professional and courteous. This is my granddaughter’s car and she is a senior at Wake Forest. I drove to Winston Salem to pick up car and brought it back to Salisbury for service. After car was serviced, I drove it back to Winston Salem. Could have gotten car serviced in Winston, but believe that Salisbury provides a better value.
