Lincoln Nautilus repair

When the sunroof in my Nautilus malfunctioned, I took it to Champion Ford. Service manager Joy took it right in and told me that this repair was still under warranty but informed me the next day that they would have to order parts and that it would take a little time to fix it, as it was a complicated procedure. Since I did have a spare vehicle to drive, I told her that was fine. The car was there much longer than expected, as parts were slow coming in and one part sent was not correct. When they finally completed the repairs, Joy called to tell me that the technician accidentally got dirty fingerprints on the headliner around the sunroof, and she wanted to get that cleaned up before I picked it up. When I did go to pick it up, I could see dark smudging all around the sunroof where someone had obviously tried cleaning the fingerprints. I expressed concern, as it was quite visible. Because Champion always washes and details the Lincolns, I also pointed out that the interior hadn’t been cleaned at all. The dash was really dirty where cleaner or something had been sprayed. There were dirty smudges all across the back seat, etc. Joy was not there at the time, but she called me the next day to let me know that this was completely unacceptable and asked if I could wait one more day so she could make sure it was as pristine as when it had arrived. True to her word, the car was immaculate when I picked it up. She had sent the car out to a professional headliner technician as well as had her guys clean the interior. So while the car took much longer than expected to be repaired, I was very grateful to Joy for her diligence and high standards for the work that comes out of her Service Center. I would highly recommend Joy and Champion Ford service.

Service was good and Customer Service rep was awesome. Brought the truck in at 8:00. Did not get it back til almost 5:00 for a set of tires. No finish time was mentioned however.

Truck Tepair

We were in route to the Beach and our truck broke down pulling a 34 foot camper. We were able to get it to this dealership and Mr. Robinson came out immediately and started accessing the truck. He put his diesel mechanic on it immediately. Some parts had to be ordered so they were not able to fix it till the next day but they were most generous to let us stay in our camper on their lot and provided us with electricity.The mechanic went to work on it as soon as the parts came in. The receptionist was so kind to calm my nerves down and was so nice. I just can’t say enough good about how we were treated and how efficient their staff was and most of all Mr. Robinson the owner was very hands on and made us feel so comfortable. We were able to leave the next morning and make our beach trip to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had a wonderful time and we appreciate the staff for working so hard to get us rolling again! Thanks again Mr. Robinson
