Lost trust

onI went to get my car check due to Engine light coming on. I was ask to pay 212.00 for a diagnostic. I ask if they could change out the O2 Filter. I was told if they did not diagnose it the would not warrant their work. I ask for manager and he said that was not true. I later received a quote of 1100 to replace the O2 Filter. I decided to leave and go else where. Found a better Nissan location and pay way less and better service. Cant work with someone I dont trust.

onMy experience with Fred Anderson Nissan was awesome. It didn’t take all day I was out less then 4hours. My sale rep Taiwan Fletcher was amazing she new just what I needed and what would fit my budget and rest of team was awesome as well thanks for taking stress off getting a new vehicle .

Great service for the sale

onHello this is Dr Perry Tankard Sr. I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to several dealerships. One got me qualified but wanted to give me a small car. I put that on hold because that would not suit my needs. Went to Fred Anderson Nissan and found 2 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT that I liked. They told me the down payment and I went to call my wife. While talking to her the sales manager decide to give me a no down payment deal. After we talked more I needed a larger down payment than I expected. I was in the last few days of an insurance rental simce my 2001 van had been total lost. I am a door to door salesman and had to have a good vehicle. They allowed me to drive off the lot for 150 dollars down and deferred the rest for 30 days. Wow

onRoberto Colon our Sales staff was of great assistance to us during our recent vehicle purchase Roberto took the time to explain the features of the vehicle including safety controls He made sure it was ready in all respects by the time we finished with the transactions Johnny the finance staff explained the service and finance offerings helping make decisions on costs Overall the facility is very good, friendly staff, well stocked with snacks and coffee in the service lounge and reception hall I chose Nissan this time due to good savings offered by the Anderson dealership Roberto even offered me assistance if needed to set up the communication and navigation system Roberto even makes an after sales call to inquire if all is well with you and vehicle Thank you for great job done

onI recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Tony DeGrazia at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. I knew I wanted a SUV but kept an open mind when it came to make/model. Tony was extremely patient and showed me 4 different vehicles. Of course, I picked the most awful day to car shop,as it was ridiculously cold, raining and eventually started to snow. Tony smiled the entire day and went outside to warm up all the vehicles. He answered every single question I had, and I am very picky. Tony knew I had to keep my payments under a certain amount and stuck to my budget whole heartdly. Overall, my experience with Tony and everyone at Fred Anderson Nissan was a fantastic experience.

Horrible Customer Service

onI was given the run around for 3 days in regards to purchasing a vehicle from Fred Anderson. I was told I would get a call back or follow up but never received any correspondences. Each representative told me something different, and nobody was ever on the same page in regards to the status of my application. I was requested to continuously give out my information, which in my opinion isn't great for a customer to feel comfortable providing private information constantly.

onIf I could I'd give them 0 stars. I was tricked into buying my Nissan with the Fred Anderson Nissan plan. Mind you they "forget" to tell you you have to pay about $1,000 every 15,000 miles to keep this plan active. They also sold me my car and lied about the tires on it. I have had the car for 10,000 miles and the tires are shot. These people are [non-permissible content removed]. They make you think they are your best friend. Just wait and see when all the 5 star reviews hit their 15,000 mile mark and get hit with the "oh you have to spend this amount of money to keep this plan". BUYER BEWARE!

onCalled to advise temp tags were going to expire. Dealer stated they would call back and send another set of temp tags. Dealer never called back and never sent another temp tag. My wife enede up getting pulled over and ticketed for expired registraion. Also we never got 2nd set of keys because they lost one of the sets. So Much for spending 33,200. Place is a joke, don't do it.

onYes, I was worn down by the sales pitch from what I consider a not so honest sales manager about not having sold many vehicles this month and how he will give me the best deal ever. As you know by the time your talking to the sales manager you've probably almost left, and I should have, but seeing the shiny new car made me blink,and I dropped my guard. It wasn't a great a deal when I looked at their website then next day only to see the discount given on my new car was half what was advertised on their website. So you'll give me $2500 more for my trade now, or is that you'll tack that on the price of your car.. That's okay. Spend the money ($2500) wisely boys. I've bought a number of cars from Fred Anderson dealerships, but this will be the last one. In my world honesty is the only policy, and when your not honest I'll go somewhere else and look at a different brand next time.
