I sent an inquiry about a vehicle that Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh has on there website . Only to be told the vehicle was wholesaled. Why for the last 2 days has it still been on website. Whoever updates there inventory needs some help with there job.

The salesman (John Heslin) whom I purchased a truck from was great. Not pushy at all, very helpful, and kept his word about what he would do for the truck. Trade-In value and price of truck was fair, and took very little haggling to reach it.

The sales staff did a great job. There was no pressure and that's what I liked about the experience they gave me time to think about my purchase and did an extensive job explaining the details about the car and everything the dealership had to offer.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience at Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh! Tabitha was an absolute delight and legitimately cared about safety concerns in a vehicle we test drove. Between her kindness and the great rate we got on a newer vehicle, this was a well worth stop to make. Definitely will make Fred Anderson my place for our next future car!

Couldn't Ask For Better Sales Help

I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Fred Anderson Kia. The salesman, John Heslin, could not have been more helpful. He and the sales manager worked with me and we came up will a great deal, to include a surprising great trade-in offer. John did everything you would expect in a salesman to ensure you got the right car at the right price. I highly recommend you ask for John Heslin if you are looking for a new Kia. By the way Kia was just rated in Consumer Report as the best mid size SUV.

Best Possible Car Buying Experienc

Lee McKoy did exactly as I asked, and that was something no other dealer would do. He provided me with the detailed quote I asked for on the exact car I asked for, then took delivery of that car from another dealer who had been uncooperative. Fred Anderson Kia is the best possible car buying experience I can imagine.

It was a wonderful experience from the moment I received a phone call from my inquiry to the purchasing of the vehicle. Rod Davis didn't pressure me and took his time explaining things to me about the car. I didn't know anything about Kia, but now I'm a new fan an love my Optima SX-Turbo.

I went in late on a Friday evening after having called earlier in the week and speaking with several folks. I really only went in to see what kind of offers I qualified for and then take things from there. I was blown away at the level of customer service by my sales person Daniel and then later his manager Tony. They made sure that I didn't walk out of there unhappy even though I would have been fine if I had not been able to purchase a car that night. They both went above and beyond my expectations and had the best attitude through the entire time.
