2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0t Premium
by 11/25/2016
onSales staff (Garrett) was knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain my buying options, the technology in my new car and never tried to pressure me to make a purchase. It is these reasons that made my first stop at Crossroads Infiniti my only stop. Purchased the same day.

Great experience

onNot a single problem. Friendly, great service, fair price. I just have bought the third car from them and will come back again, even though there is another Infinity dealership closer to my home.

Absolutely horrible customer service
by 08/18/2015
onThis dealership only cares about your money. I've been lied to, insluted and ignored by everybody including the Kolter Kesler, the General Manager. Stay far away from Crossroads in general. They sold me a BMW with 10,000 miles that was advertised as showroom condition and immaculate inside and out. When I had the vehicle inspected, they found the tires to be chopped and feathered. The dealer REFUSED to give any compensation towards the purchase of new tires, which I was forced to do.. in addition to mounting, balancing and aligning the vehicle. Don't waste your time or money here. Stay away.

Great experience

onI purchased a QX60 late in 2013. It was undoubtedly one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesman, Claude B, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in the vehicle. The delivery process went exceptionally smooth. My return visits for oil changes, etc. likewise has been a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend both Claude and Crossroads Infiniti.

Terrible Experience
by 07/10/2012
onMy recent purchase of a new Infiniti from Crossroads Infiniti in Raleigh, NC was nothing short of a nightmare. Having been a current Infiniti owner I was familiar with and extremely satisfied with the brand so I decided to stay in the Infiniti family when making a new purchase. I wasted nearly 3 weeks trying to finalize the deal because of the dealerships constant "errors". First I was told they had the vehicle on the lot I was looking for (after making the hour plus drive there, they didn't). Next, they gave me a written price quote. I went to the bank to get the check but not before the dealership called to say "oops, we can't sell you that car for that price". Then, I was made to feel like it was my fault they made the error. Never once did they apologize and accept responsibility for their mistakes. I could go on and on. Worst car buying experience EVER! But on a positive note I am loving my new Infiniti. The dealership....not so much. BTW, Lake Norman Infiniti of Charlotte, NC is no better.

No Hassle Sales

onI have purchased 4 new vehicles from Crossroads Infiniti. This sales staff believes in loyalty. I have even brought friends to buy from them. Paul Clemmons and his Sales staff just know how to treat you right.

Typical (but good) sales experience
by 09/08/2010
onI came into the dealership extremely well educated on the deal I wanted and after some typical back and forth, we came to an agreement within an hour. Once the "battle" was over, we were all friends and the deal continued without an issue. All-in-all a very positive experience and I would go back. My .02 cent advice is that like any dealership, you are only going to do as well as you are educated. Know what a fair deal is for both sides and it is unlikely you will be turned down if you are persistent.

Waste of time

onThis dealership treats customers like they are stupid. They offer discounts off their vehicles and then want to steel your from you. Stay away from them if you want a good deal on a car. Too bad they are the only ones around although Greensboro is not that far away!!!

Great Place to buy an Infinity
by 12/26/2007
onI drove to this dealership over 3 hours because of their helpfulness and down to earth attitude. Did most of the dealing over email then drove down to pick it up. My local infinity wanted to do the typical back and fourth crap and play games. Crossroads Infinity in Raleigh has a ton of infinity cars and trucks, helpful sales people, and just a pleasure to deal with. If I drove 3 hours to get to them, ask yourself why!

I would go back
by 12/20/2007
onI've had a number of different cars in my life. On each occasion that I purchased, I walked away feeling uneasy about purchasing the car. I purchased a G35 from Crossroads Infiniti. The feeling that I had when I left the dealership was a pleasant one. Paul Clements (General Manager), Kolter Kessler (F&I) and Chris Hawk (Sales) all did an excellant job. I never felt rushed and it was close to closing time. I would recommend Crossroads Infiniti in a minute. Dale Cothran

They Badger YOU!
by 12/12/2007
onAfter test driving the infiniti coupe and asking a few questions it really seemed like the last thing this dealership wanted was to sell a car. They weren't helpful and they never answered any questions directly. I felt like they were badgering me and weren't very pleasant. Too bad they realized they are the only infiniti dealership in town. Maybe if they had more of them they would raise their level of service. I actually went to a different state to purchase my infiniti due to the rude service delivered at Crossroads Infiniti. Don't go there they will badger you!
