We have bought 3 cars from this dealership, including one that we brought back on the 5th day, because we found a better deal. When we're shopping, it's usually been so long that we don't really know what we're looking for. So a trip to CarMax is an inevitable part of car shopping, where you can try a whole bunch of different cars. The prices are about what you would expect to pay at any standard brand car dealership, before negotiating and without the coverage of Certified Pre-Owned and other perks. It's kind of like shopping at a fancy department store. The service is much better, the people are much better, but you're not going there to save money.
