Absolutely terrible. They like to rip off local military. Myself and my other friend both got cars from here and they charged us way more than our cars were worth. I now found out that my car is worth about $14,000, they charged me $18,000 on a vehicle that was used and 2 years old. Including fees they charged me I'm now $21,000 in debt. Me being in the military and it being my first car I bought on my own, they took it as an opportunity to rip me off and am now stuck with a vehicle I hate and am unable to trade in on practically any vehicle due to the negative equity.

Lee was very helpful in every way with my purchasing of a premium quality 2013 Ford Edge. First time purchasing @ Riverside and would highly recommend the dealership as well as "Big" Lee with zero reservation. I drove home happy.

I bought a Grand Caravan here the process took hours. The salesman did not do anything he said. When I finally got in the vehicle to leave it was out of gas. I told the salesman and he said come back another day and speak to management about getting reimbursed. I had to go across road and get gas before leaving. 8 months later the Van broke down I had it towed there and they said the warranty covered everything but my issue which was a wiring problem. I was told because it was considered normal wear and tear. I have had a lot of vehicles and a problem with the wiring and main wiring harness wasn't normal issues. I contacted the Main Dodge Manufacturing Co. and customer service tried to get Riverside to work with me but they would not and wanted a couple thousand to fix the problem. So now I have a new vehicle I am paying payments on setting in the driveway not running. I am a disabled Vet. and this was my only transportation. My local church members have let me borrow a vehicle to go back and forth to the VA. Other people I know purchased cars here and had bad experiences also. I am not happy and if I could afford to tow this van to Riverside dealership I would park it against the front doors.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I went in looking for a 2015 Dodge Challenger scat pack, which is hard to find. Understandable. No one knew of my appointment to start. After three hours I was not even offered a bottle of water. My sales rep had zero knowledge of the car, I had to walk him through it. After a custom build my order was set up. Come to find out they were trying to order a base model car and put there own aftermarket leather interior in for the same price as the lether apparel group that I ordered and without the heated/ ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, and no scat pack logo on the seats. I was even told "well you can add the scat pack stripe yourself, it's just a decal". Outrageous that someone would even say that when you're ordering a CUSTOM built car... I had to walk out after this. Later I called back. After repeatedly being put on hold by the anything but pleasant representative answering the phone I told you her thanks anyway I'm taking my business elsewhere. The response was the phone call being ended with her slamming the phone down. Not even a goodbye. Highly recommend going to any dealership other than riverside Chrysler jeep and dodge.

OMG! The internet department at Riverside was absolutely AMAZING! As a single female going to a car dealership alone can be very scary! I was afraid of them taking advantage of this, however they did no such thing! They made me feel so comfortable and worry free. They found me a vehicle I loved and stayed within my price range! The internet staff was so friendly! Joel was so helpful! Everett, the Internet Sales Manager was a part of it every step of the way making me feel like I was the most important customer. There is NO crowded show room when you walk into the internet department. It is a quiet and comfortable setting with no one pressuring you, just one on one with the salesman and manager AND if you can believe it, I was in and out with my NEW car in about 2 hours!! NO 4-5 hour wait like you would in a regular showroom! I would recommend anyone and everyone I talk to. Go to the Internet Department at Riverside! Best experience by far at any dealership I've ever been too!

I have nothing good to say about this place or the sales manager, [non-permissible content removed], I went here to trade in my car b/c my mom had such a great experience when she bought her car, The sales clerk was a complete waste of space, I was told we will keep your payment around this much a month, Had me test drive all kinds of cars that i had no desire for, I know what i want and if i'm paying for it i'll get what i want. Well when it all came down to it, They did not go over any kind of payment prior it was sign here here and here and oh here is your payment and no turning back now!! I was a first time car buyer and they completley took advantage of that! I am actually starting a law suit on them for the false and complete wrong information given to me. They were after one thing a sale! I felt robbed and stuck with huge intrest rate and up side down on the car, I had no idea that was the first time i have ever been to a dealership, I thought this was normal. I would not send anyone to this place not even a dying monkey to get water, They are [non-permissible content removed] and sell Lemons complete lemons, Now this same car i am upside down and ripped off with isn't even working properly. Do not go here. Your better off buying a car on Craigslist with 300,000 miles on it seriously!!
