Very welcoming and accommodating. They had the vehicle in stock and it was ready for delivery upon my arrival. The car was clean and filled with fuel. The sales rep was not available due to a prior commitment and this sale was made over the phone and internet. The person who demonstrated the car was knowledgeable and helpful making good suggestions along the way. He helped with OnStar set up, Satellite radio setup, etc. He demonstrated safety features and owners manual with me and I appreciate it.

Excellent service all the way around. Jonski is a Rockstar, goes above and beyond! Troy in the service department is very helpful, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. Buying a vehicle is never a pleasant experience, these guys made it one.

Phenomenal Sales Experience- Work with AJ Oldham!

Phenomenal, AJ Oldham sealed the deal for us. We contacted about 7-8 dealers from New York state to Wilmington. AJ stuck with me found us what we wanted and gave us a fair deal. This deal would not have happened had it not been for him.

In general, I like just about everything concerning the Kurtis Service Dept. The mechanics are well trained and fully competent in their jobs. The service writers have the innate knack to get to the heart of the problem quickly and correctly.

All the people are so nice. They treat each person as if they are special. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Although I don't have a young child I was so impressed at the area they had for children.

Craig Norris, the service advisor went above and beyond in making sure I received excellent service while getting my concern resolved in a timely manner. When I got my truck back it was repaired correctly and had even been washed. The facility is modern, clean, has nice amenities, and comfortable waiting areas. Thanks to Craig for a great service visit! I am more than COMPLETELY SATISFIED and would definitely recommend Craig and Kurtis Chevrolet service to anyone! Todd Williams

Service desk was helpful at check in and did catch a mistake at checkout. Other than that, I was really disappointed. I was there for approx 2 hours, with an appointment. It took them that long to change the oil (check fluids), rotate tires (front to back - directional), and state inspection. I had also requested the u-joints to be checked, but that didn't happen. Overall cost was approx $131. I'm not going to this service department and would not recommend it to my family or friends. Other people like it, personally I'm not a big fan.

I can't say enough good things about Kurtis Chevrolet! This is a team of professionals. After a bad experience at another dealership, Kurtis renewed our enthusiasm in the Chevrolet brand and gave us the best car buying experience we've EVER had. From start to finish, this dealership does it right. EVERYONE we dealt with provided excellent customer service in a no-pressure environment. Thank you Jeff, Jon, Steve and Dave for finding the vehicle we were looking for and making us a deal too good to walk away from... including lifetime service. Kurtis Chevrolet should be your first stop if you're looking for a new car, I know that it is now our "go to" dealership.
