Excellent Experience

My wife and I had been looking for the "Perfect" car (Chrysler Crossfire Roadster) for over two years. We had looked at a number of them, but none were exactly what we wanted. In doing another online search for a car, Lake Norman Auto Exchange came up with the car we had been searching. It met all our criteria (body style, color, transmission, mileage, condition, etc.). I made a call to LNAE and talked to Jonathan. He was extremely knowledgeable about this particular car, easy to talk to, and very willing to help with the purchase price asked for the car. Within an hour of my phone call I had placed a deposit on the car. Since we lived about 500 miles from LNAE, Jonathan offered to hold the car inside the the building, out of the weather, for us until we could make the trip to NC to pick it up the following week. When we arrived, the car was everything described/ pictured and more. After completing the paper work, which was already prepared and waiting for us by John (Jonathan's father), Jonathan took our Crossfire to be washed again and filled with gas. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was in purchasing a vehicle.
