Awseomness

The whole staff was great. I was greeted and asked if I wanted water or coffee. Our salesman was not available and we were helped by Alex. So excited and so full of energy. Made sure that we we got all the info we needed and when Danny was free he picked up right where Alex left off. All information provided was factual whether salespeople or sales managers provided it. 5 stars

Can you say just right

Earlier this week I purchased a New Altima, not only was the new style great but so was my sales man. Everyone should ask for Patrick, he is your guy!!

Horrible

I bought a car from Monroe Nissan in March of 2017, which turned out to be nothing but hassle, Lies and regret. I was told one thing and got another. I was told I would be getting one car to turn around and find out it was a different car. I was lied to about a lot of things. I tried to take the car back, but they told me that I had already took possession of the car, but they told me I could swap with a different color which was what it was mainly about but as well my issue also had to do with the year of the car. I just wanted to return it. (Just recently I found out that u have 3DAYS to return a car which I was within. so, if a dealer tells u they can’t take the car back within the three days they are lying.) So, they gave me some rain guards to "Compensate" (LOL) for their mistake. I was also told by the finance guy that I would get a year of maintenance which coincidentally was not put into my paperwork, so they would not honor it. So I called the corporate office and got in touch with consumer affairs for the first time, which was where I was basically told that all they could do was send my complaint to the dealer ship because they are Independently owned and operated. So now a year later, my car is having breaking issues where what feels like the ABS is self- activating at the last minute, making me move forward and prolonging my stop which has made me already almost hit someone because of the breaking issue. I have since had my car into Nissan service under my manufacture warranty (two locations Monroe Nissan and East Charlotte Nissan) for three time over this mater just to be told that they will not do anything because they can’t replicate the issue. I also have been in contact with consumer affairs for the second time over this matter, which has once again got me nowhere. They basically state the same thing and that I should keep bringing it in, so they can tell me the same thing over again. For the past two weeks I have been in and out of my car and loaner cars which is not only frustrating but ridiculous, time consuming and a waste of my time and money. You tell me if YOU would like to put YOUR Child in my car with breaking issues because I Certainly don't want to. All I want is for my car to be fixed, nothing more and nothing less. MY OPINION WOULD BE NEVER TO BUY A NISSAN PRODUCT! I certainly will not ever buy a car From NISSAN ever again. Please share with your friends

Dissappointed Customer Will Not be Back and will Not Recommend

I would rate this place a 4-5 for car quality, based on the quality of vehicle that my wife and I purchased there, but would rate them a 1 based on based on the process that you are put through at the signing, to attempt to increase their margin over the agreed upon price; it reminds me of old-time, extreme high pressure sales tactics of intimidation, and relentless pressure. We agreed on a price with a very helpful sales person Dave, who was very nice and a pleasure to work with. We made and offer, it was mutually accepted and that’s where the fun stopped! We were taken an office to sign the documents to complete the sale. Along with way, the finance person facilitating the completion told us and asks use about gap insurance and an extended warrantee which costs thousands I will add. My wife and I said no, the guy asked really, not either, and when we said no, he got up without saying a word and in came a man, clicking at the computer keys in front of us and said he was looking through our numbers… What proceeded was an intense argument between him and us on an extended warrantee, if you forget about whether we should buy this for thousands more then the first agreed price or not. We have the right to say no. Based on this guy’s tactics, I would estimate that part of his income is predicated on pushing these warrantees on the end of a sale. I think based on the vehicle we purchased, they have some fair deals, but we would not go back simply for the battle at the end. People should not have to say “NO” multiple times. I told the man before he walked out based on his comeback to anything we said, he must have been put through a training process to try to get people to pay out extra, even if they don’t want the warrantee. I told him, he had learned the process well and is very persistent. I just wanted to buy a vehicle, not have to put up a fight to keep the additional thousands! Lastly, they told me they would contact our insurance company for us, that never happed as well.

Best Car Buying Experience Of My Life

Ray Singleton and the Chris Motrynczuk where excellent to work with. They worked very hard to get me the rate that I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all and I feel really good about my purchase.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano from Monroe Nissan. Anthony Underwood did a good job of taking care of the transaction. I got a fair price and good value on my trade in. The GM - Dawud Muhammed did an outstanding job of negotiating the deal, delivering the car we wanted and most importantly following through the transaction so we were completely satisfied. I would strongly recommend this dealership for purchase of a new car!

Buy from Monroe Nissan if you like being lied to.

If you are not local do not purchase here. We are in Virginia and looked around alot before finding what we thought was our perfect NISSAN CERTIFIED used car at Monroe Nissan. As we are 3 hours away we relied on the information on the website to be correct however it was not until my husband was signing the papers to purchase our vehicle that he was told not only was our car not certified but none of the used cars they offer are. We should have walked away then but unfortunately we did not. The next issue was the fact that at the time of the purchase of our car the salesman only had one of the keys to the car however he assured my husband he would get the other one on Monday morning and put it in the mail. It's been 4 weeks ago and we've not only not recieved our key but after several phone calls that we've made we've been told a few lies about the key (the times we were called back) and at this point can only assume that we are being ignored. Finally they did not properly transfer our tags and causing me to ride around illegally for 2 weeks unbeknownst to me. Monroe Nissan is the worst car dealership we've ever heard of much less delt with.

I love my 2011 Nissan Versa

I went to Monroe Nissan to look for a new car when my old pick up broke down. I had been to many other dealers before coming to Monroe Nissan, but none of them seemed to compare to them. For starters their prices where better on the car I wanted than the competition, but above and beyond that, they have a special way of making you feel welcome, while not trying to force a car down your throat. I met with Sales Associate Tarik Cranke; he goes by Cranke. He gave me excellent service all around. He showed me the cars I wanted to see, answered any questions I had about a vehicle, and he never tried to pressure me into a commitment. He was easy to talk to and really made me feel welcome, When I decided I wanted to buy a car from them I also met with Rich Ransberger and Matt Cady. They took care of all the financials and made sure I was getting a great deal for my money. Plus I was able to trade in my broken down truck. I really appreciate everyone at Monroe Nissan that made my car buying experience a good one. If I ever need a new car again, they will be my first stop. And Cranke better still be there.

2011 Armada purchase

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada October 25. The sales person I dealt with, Rolondo, was very friendly, helpful and made my experience of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable. When an issue arose on the new vehicle, Monroe Nissan, fixed it right away without any hassles. The experience I have had at this dealer is far above any other dealer I have been to in the Charlotte area. I would recommend this dealer to any one purchasing a new or used vehicle. I will be back for the next vehicle.

Wale Shoetan was Fantastic

I am always wary of going to buy a car because of the pressure some salesmen will place on you to buy a car same day, but Mr. Shoetan was very easy-going and made the entire experience relaxed while still keeping it professional. I would absolutely recommend working with him when buying your next vehicle, he'll get you the deal you deserve without all the hassle and pressure. He definitely gets to know you on a personal level and makes sure you are well taken care of, no matter how many times you come in.
