There’s not much to say other than I had a great time buying my car here. Nahari and Chris were great to work with. No pressure, calm and felt they were really looking out for me instead of trying to maneuver me into a package or car. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Tanner is my go to for any problems with my Sonata. He always thoroughly explains everything to me. Whenever I take my car in for service I know I will be taken care of. I drive 30 miles just to have my car serviced here.

I have taken my car for service twice to Bob Mayberry’s . I drive from South Carolina because I have found this was the best service I have gotten after using the dealership where my car was purchased. Hands Up to Justin Williams . He is the most polite person. Explaining in detail what was needed. Kept me informed on the progress of service and made sure I got the service done in a timely manner. I have no complaints at all.

Justin Williams was excellent Service Rep…..we reviewed what I wanted done to my car and the work was completed as asked. I had appointment near lunch time but he still managed to minimize my wait even with mechanics going through lunch time. I’ll be back for next service needed.

Don't bring your vehicle here to get any maintenance done on it. I came to get an oil change and within a two week time period my pistons blew! I have a Hyundai Genesis coupe and I'm highly dissatisfied with the services and the way they blew me off without complying too my every need!

I've tried since 7/19/15 to get some answers regarding the service contract I paid $1279 for. I have been referred to 4 different people who have chosen not to contact me with any answers. The WORST service I've ever experienced.

Bob Mayberry of Monroe My experience at Bob Mayberry was wonderful. I felt so welcomed there and taken care of. My cars salesman, Paul M was awesome and extremely helpful. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I had there and would recommend any and everyone to this dealership; especially to go see Paul Moore for a sale. Everyone there were so nice and did whatever they could to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Made my first car experience easy and didn't feel pressured into buying anything extra. Awesome dealership with awesome people!!

My wife and I recently decided to trade in our Hyundai Sonata, which we purchased new from Bob Mayberry Hyundai. We bought a 2013 Hyundai Azera and had the pleasure of dealing with Paul M for a second purchase. We love the car and dealing with Paul was again a great experience. Paul takes the time to listen and there is absolutely no pressure in making a decision. He will spend as much time with you as you need and is extremely thorough. The service at Bob Mayberry during the last 2 years has been great and we will be back again when we need another vehicle. We would highly recommend both Bob Mayberry Hyundai and Paul M to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I visited this dealership as my last test drive stop. I was not planning on buying a car that day, just test driving to get a feel of what car I wanted to purchase. From the moment I walked into the dealership I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I bought my car from Clayton K and could not have asked for a better first time buying experience!! I would strongly recommend this dealership to any family member or friend. I was given all possible information about the car, and my questions were all gladly answered. I loved this place so much, I ended up buying my car the same day. This was my first car buying experience, and I drove off the lot with a very nice car and have confidence my car and I are in good hands if I ever need anything from the dealership! Thank you!

After locating an automobile one evening that we wanted to see on the internet, we contacted Bob Mayberry Hyundai in Monroe via email. Amy A immediately followed up with our inquiry the following morning and paired us up with an excellent salesperson, Clayton K. We drove from Winston-Salem, NC to Monroe, NC to drive and purchase the car. When we arrived, Clayton was prepared and ready to show us the vehicle. Clayton answered all questions thoroughly and was a joy to work with. He was a no pressure salesperson who was knowledgeable about the product making us feel comfortable at all times. Ted K, in the finance office, was also very welcoming and helpful in financing our car with the lowest terms. We left with a new Hyundai feeling confident we paid a great price and would gladly drive the distance to this dealership again. You can tell this dealership works collaboratively and is a family run business.
