Thank you Land Rover Asheville and special thanks to Alyssa. She was able to obtain the model, color and features in the vehicle I wanted. She kept in contact with me as we awaited arrival of the vehicle and was the best sales personal I have ever worked with. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in vehicle. Exceptional service and a very smoothing buying process. Was definitely worth the drive to receive such service.

Wonderful and on time Service

My 2020 Range Rover Sport had to go in for a recall on the high light beam. Everything was so smooth and organized. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was that several of my settings were changed. Some examples are: Clock changed to military time, date and year wrong and the display on dashboard was different. It’s not a big deal, but it took some time to reset.

Our Discovery had water leaking through the windshield with heavy downpour. The Service Dept squeezed us in their packed schedule for a provisional fix until the replacement part comes in. Very thankful and greatly appreciated!

I live in 2 states FL and NC and now always bring my car to Asheville Land Rover over Fort Lauderdale. The service and attitude toward customers is so much better in Asheville. Jeff the service manager is always on top of every thing and a pleasure to deal with in making appointments. They really treat you like a value to them. Afraid can't say the same about the dealership in FTL.
