The Salesman’s Follow Through

onSince my impression of the dealership is reflected through the contact with its employees, my initial contact with the first encounter was abysmal. As if waiting was not bad customer service, nobody was concerned with my presence as a potential customer to even say good afternoon. The one employee who finally approached me was himself less interested then he was concerned. I left never to return but, I gave Infinity of Charlotte one more chance by emailing the sales manager who passed my contact information to Pater Mikhael. My wife and I walked into the dealership to experience the same disinterested disposition from the same employee from my first visit. About ready to leave the store, a salesman named Peter Mikhael engaged with my wife who was looking for me. He would later call it a coincidence in that the sales manager Steven O’Kane left Peter a note to call me. The rest was history. He was efficient and cordial, accommodating and special. Knock your socks off customer service seemed normal. We closed a trade deal in the type of car my wife wanted with little to no impediments. Peter is the type of salesman any employer would love to have on their roles. He reflects the personification of making the customer happy. Mrs. Nater and I are completely impressed and satisfied by the services rendered beyond words. We are thrilled of our purchase as a process made cordially efficient by Peter Mikhael. Thank you.

onMy car tag should have been transferred over from the car I had previously that the dealership bought to the car I purchased from them, it didn't happen. I had to return to the dealership almost 6 weeks later to deal with it and never even received an apology.

Excellent Car buying experience with Chris Bonner

onChris was great. He found the car I wanted and came down to a price that was fair. He also helped us get a great deal on our trade in. We felt no pressure from him and the entire process was wonderful. I hate buying new cars because I feel so much pressure from sales staff and because I feel like some sales people aren’t genuine. Chris made us feel comfortable and it seemed he really wanted what was best for our family at a price we could easily afford. We will be back for other vehicles because of him.

onI recently went into Infiniti of Charlotte to service my QX60. It was 8:00am and Tamara was very friendly, energetic and we had a great conversation. She was experienced and very professional. She explained to me exactly what was going to be done with my vehicle and said that it was be ready in 45 minutes. Tamara checked up on me while I was waiting for my vehicle and my car was ready 45 minutes. I highly recommend Infiniti of Charlotte for your next car service and ask for Tamara, she will take good care of you!

Poor Service

onI have bought a QX 60 and a Q50 from Infiniti of Charlotte. My sales person was a good guy. Service, on the other hand, is terrible. The run around is a joke. Different people who can't figure out a problem. My QX 60 Nav system shuts off after 2 hr and 30 min of driving. I had it in 4 times and it still doesn't work. They tried to tell me it was my iPhone? But the car has Bluetooth designed for it? Didn't hook my phone up as they asked for the month and it still shuts off. I doubt I will buy another Infiniti as a result of the issue and service from Infiniti of Charlotte.

onI recently leased a 2019 QX60 from Infiniti of Charlotte, the environment was very welcoming. I worked with Peter Mikhael on the vehicle contract lease terms & conditions. He made us feel very comfortable, I felt no pressure. Peter is very friendly, experienced and professional. He follows through on his research and is a man of his word. Service for cabin footwell leak-passenger side

onHad the problem occur unexpectedly. My wife found the floor mat to be wet. Took it out and holding it vertically there was a constant stream of water dripping out. Went to the dealer-was told the problem was blocked drains from the sunroof window and I agreed to have it fixed. Courtesy car for the time involved and fixed without a problem. Excellent service and help from service writer Kelvin.

onIn looking for a car, I knew exactly what features I wanted and how much I was willing to pay for my next vehicle. I had advantage of speaking to multiple sales personnel for Infiniti in different states as I was on the hunt for the best deal. The sales team at Infiniti of Charlotte were prompt in getting back to me and able to find me the car I wanted. After the papers were signed to complete the purchase I later found it difficult to get correspondance about paperwork needed for tags/title etc via email. It is much easier to have your questions answered by calling the dealership and speaking with their staff. The staff I spoke with over the phone were kind and courteous; they were able to address my concerns and get my paperwork completed.
