I bought a truck from them and very shortly after it started having problems! They said the the only thing wrong with it was that it had one open recall turns out it had five. One of the issues was that the truck had no heat at idle I reluctantly took it back to them bc they said I would have to pay for any repairs made! They didn’t find anything wrong and still no heat so it is apparentl their technicians are not very good at their jobs!

Thanks to the help from Greg Headen, my first dealership purchase was nice and smooth. He showed me anything I needed to see on the lot to be sure I was happy with my new car. I would recommend him to everyone I know looking to get a new car.

Stopped by Jerry hunts supercenter Thursday February 9th to test drive several cars that were in my price range. Steve West was the salesman who helped me. As a manager in retail I understand the importance of great customer service and Steve went above and beyond my expectations for a salesman. Steve was very knowledgeable, and understanding of my concerns and was very helpful. I had some minor issues with my purchase at first but Steve made sure I was taken care of. I had been looking at other dealerships as well but it's because of the customer service that Steve delivered that swayed my decision to buy from Jerry hunts supercenter.
