My experience at Lejeune Honda was a great experience due to Patrick, the sales consultant. Patrick would be the person you would want to go to when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I purchased my new vehicle a few days ago and Lejeune Honda provided a learning experience that I would never forget when it comes to purchasing new vehicles. The sales consultants at Lejeune Honda are phenomenal, it’s just the financial manager (Clay Smith) that made my experience negative. I honestly wanted to return the vehicle and give someone else business, I wouldn’t mind going beyond my efforts to return the vehicle due to being promised a lower monthly payment and the financial manager (Clay Smith) interferes by increasing my monthly payment and instilling in my mind that “monthly payments are final” every time I came back to the dealership. I returned to remove the worthless warranties and coverages and I will admit I was extremely angry walking out the door due to being lied to and manipulated after being told I had to wait 3 weeks with a bank statement to remove the coverages. Called the bank and was told I didn't need a bank statement at all. I returned back to the dealership to do the cancellation and he almost let me leave without signing the document saying I agreed to the cancellation when he told me prior that I had to sign one document to do the cancellation. I’m only doing this for future car shoppers. I had to warn a young woman yesterday about vehicle purchases due to her saying she was going to buy one exactly like mine.

Why in the holy hell was my credit run so many times ? You screwed me up pretty bad.. overheard of a soft Inquiry ?? Evidently not. I am currently unable to do a damn thing credit wise thanks to you. I was ok with one or 2 but you guys went waaaaay overboard... if you can fix all these inquiries that were not necessary then feel free to contact me ...

I went to this dealership not knowing what to expect honestly, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted && we wasn’t pressured into anything. Alex was nice, reassuring, patient, he knew what he was speaking of and never once made my family feel uneasy about our purchase. He was honest, gave us the pros and cons of our family vehicle (2017 Dodge Grand Caravan) and in the end we love it. We appreciate everything he’s done for our family and we’re even happier the paperwork didn’t take forever 🤫🤫🤫

Brianna was amazing. Not a traditional pushy rep who only thinks of themselves but truly seemed to care about us. Finance Manager took time to explain my credit and ways to get better and Sales Manager was classy guy

Lejeune is Great

Our salesman Alex was new but he did a great job of putting us at ease and telling us all about the car. Rob finished the sale and went over everything inside the car. Dave was able to get us a fair price. We had also been looking g at Stevenson in Wilmington but Lejeune was a better experience.

Ash and Dave were extremely helpful in assisting me. I ended up making a big decision on my own for the first time and I got a new car. Ash was patient and understanding when I needed simple questions (that were complex to me) answered. The whole staff was very courteous and attentive when asking me if I wanted a refreshment, or just opening a door for me as i walk through. I feel like I was really taken care or and not taken advantage of. Thank you all so much for such a lovely experience.

Rich and all of his colleagues were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had to purchase a vehicle in almost 17 yrs so I was a bit intimidated by the process; Rich and the other staff members that assisted me were very friendly and made the entire process simple and stress free.
