I came to the dealership mid-January just to look at and perhaps drive a Durango. I was in no way set on one and had only been looking for a new vehicle for about a week. I came in half an hour before closing time on a Saturday night. I was greeted like they had all the time in the world and not like they were trying to get ready to close and i was in the way. J Scott took me for a test drive on a beautiful 2018 Durango and I loved it. I told him my husband and I would talk it over and get back to them on Monday. First thing Monday morning I was on the phone with my bank asking about financing. I qualified and called J. He said the car was still there and mine.... so we did everything via phone and email as I was at work. I left early that afternoon to get the check from the bank and left a short while later from the dealership with my new Durango. If I’ve had any questions, I call and someone helps me. The parts and service departments have also been amazing. The icing on the cake Happened today. Today is 4 months since I bought my car. Today is also my birthday. J Scott has sold dozens of cars in the interim, however, I received an email from him today wishing me a happy birthday. You see, I’ve never had a dealership care about you after the initial sale. I’m a Capital CJDR of Indian Trail customer for life.

If you want a dealership that is very responsive to your wants and needs in a new vehicle...but without the high pressure sales, you will find it at Capital of Indian Trail. I was on the fence about my purchase before coming to the dealership. But my salesperson, Andy listened to what options I wanted and found the perfect Jeep! My wait time to close on my new vehicle with Sidney was very brief and he really took the time to explain the paperwork one page at a time. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional from the moment I was greeted at the door by Brooke to my final handshake from the Manager Charles. I felt as though I really received the red carpet treatment from Charles and all of his staff. I highly recommend Capital for its smooth and pleasant buying experience!
