He took the time to review car options with me until I was happy, spent extra time with me and my husband, just getting to know us :) He went through all the information in an easy to understand way, answering any questions we had. Best dealership for my car

onI love my 2017 Buick Envision. I've had "Max" for almost six years and think it's the best car I've ever had. That being said, I'm glad that I found the best place to take him to for servicing - Randy Marion in Huntersville, NC. Every time I make an appointment to get "Max" serviced, I get a reminder call to make sure the appointment time is still convenient for me, which I appreciate. Then, when I get to the Service area I drive in, one of the friendly (everyone there is friendly) advisors checks me in and I go to the comfortable waiting room. Usually that same person comes to tell me either that the car is ready or that they found something that needs to be done, the cost and how long it will take. They are usually pretty good with estimating the time needed, and as soon as everything is done to meet their high standards, I'm ready to go. That's my experience with service at Randy Marion - always a pleasant one.

Charges 3% for using credit card!

onThe service was great. Kenny and Mellow always take great care of my cars. One thing I am not happy about is the 3% charge for using a credit card!! No place else does that and it will definitely weight in to my decision on coming back. Not to many seniors on social security have the cash to pay so we have to use a credit card. Now you are penalizing us more by charging 3% of the amount owed. Your prices are already higher than most and now you want us to pay your credit card fee?? Woodies may become my new repair center.

Awful service

onI called and scheduled an appointment to look at a used truck. When I arrived to look at the truck they tried to sell me a completely different truck. I asked where the truck was that I had scheduled a viewing for and they told me it was sold. Later they told me it was at home with the service manager. I spent 2 hours round trip driving to View this truck and was promised it would be ready. Awful customer service!

Upselling

onI brought my GMC Acadia to Randy Marion GMC for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. However, I also paid over $400 for the replacement of a high pressure power steering hose. The dealership said that this was a safety issue and my car would not pass inspection unless it was fixed. I was perplexed by this because there was no evidence of any leaks of power steering fluid onto my garage floor or my parking space at work. It would have been great if Randy Marion GMC had provided visual evidence (photo or video) of the leak. Better yet, why not top off my power steering fluid and advise me to check the level over the following week. If there was a noticeable difference then bring it back to the dealership in order to make the "necessary" repairs. Unfortunately, I am left to assume that this was an effort to "upsell" thus it has severely undermined any trust I have for Randy Marion GMC. As a result, I do not intend to use them for any future repairs or services.

onDamon Martin and Ron Sheets made the car buying process something to look forward to! Not only was the process quick and hassle-free, I am 100% positive I got the best possible deal for the car that I love. The customer service provided to us is something all other dealerships should strive for! There was no pressure whatsoever and there is something to be said for feeling like the car salesmen were absolutely honest and looking out for our best interest. Randy Marion GMC earned a customer for life, and I can not give a higher recommendation!

oni went to the dealership with an ad that they had posted. when i got there they would not sell me the car at the advertised price. If it hadn't happened to me I would have never believed that could happen. I left and filed a complaint with the BBB. Then the sales manager agreed to sell me the car at the advertised price. PLEASE! I went to another dealer and bought a car.

onWe have purchased 2 cars from Randy Marion within the last few years and Mr. Kenny Caldwell was our sales person, and a great one at that. When we were ready, we did not know what to buy, we were needing a larger car for our new little ones, and Kenny helped us. When we added more additions to our family, we needed another larger vehicle, and Mr. Caldwell would always take care of us, and make our buying experience a great one. We will purchase more cars in the future, and will contact Kenny at Randy Marion when we are ready.

onI purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from Kenny Caldwell and can not say enough good things. He was helpful in selecting a vehicle in my price range with the options I wanted and stayed with me through the whole financing process; which was also very pleasant. Damon Martin handled my paperwork very quickly and made sure I understood all of my options. After getting my vehicle home I realized I had a few more questions about how to operate some of the features; I called Kenny and he had me come right in and spent all the time I needed answering all my questions. After I got the vehicle home Kenny called a week later to make sure I had no questions. The whole staff made my car buying experience way less stressful and more pleasant that I could've anticipated.

high pressure, zero respect

onThe moment you step on to the sales floor, the salesman tells you the cars are selling faster than they can keep them in stock (this despite the dealership is full of cars and empty of customers). They say they will not allow the Corvette off the showroom floor, even to test drive, and that a "serious buyer" would not need to test drive one! What? I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Went to another Chevy dealer and couldn't had a more different experience. Easily let my wife and I test drive the car of our choice, (the salesman didn't even go with us), negotiation was typical car dealer style, but at least they listened to our needs, learned of our wants, and lead us to a generally decent car buying experience. I equate Randy Marion to dealerships of the 1970s, where the ashtray smelling salesman think they are the only game in town. Guess what gentlemen, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche are eating your lunch, as are other Chevrolet dealerships.

STAY AWAY!!!!! "TOUCH of CLASS" Buyer beware

onWorst car buying experience by far I've ever encountered. I would rate zero if I could. BUYER BEWARE, hidden, bogus charges (Touch of Class). Touch of Class is simple, we sprayed a little fabric guard on your carpet, you now owe us $700, but if you have something spilled on your carpet we will gladly try to get it out if you drive 2 hrs to get here. You are out of $700 sucker!!!!! I would like to say the salesman, Nathan P, was great. Very knowledgeable and no high pressure. The sales management staff, NOT so great. If I could have found an identical truck at a different dealership, I would have gladly spent my money elsewhere. I was told not to go here from a friend but I guess I just had to experience it for myself. Do yourself a favor and listen to what I'm trying to tell you.

Typical Car Dealership

onJust once, I wish I could find a dealership where the employees were honest and really cared about the customer. I bought my 2012 Buick Enclave from this dealership and they used the typical pressure techniques and of course once the sale was over they could care less about the customer. When I bought my Enclave, it lacked floor mats. No problem, they said. They were on back order and would get them to me. Literally 6 months of calling them and I never got the floor mats that were supposed to have come with the car. I'd call and their typical response was that the guy who dealt with that sort of thing was out today. I guess the guy hadn't worked there in the 6 months I tried to contact him and waited for him to call me back. I see this as the typical dealership. They are happy to promise you anything and say anything to get you to buy but ignore you completely once the sale is complete. Of course now they want me to return for service. Are they kidding me? I trust them as far as I can throw them. I write this review almost two years after I purchased my Buick. Why? Because now I am looking to purchase another vehicle and there is no way I will purchase it from Randy Marion.
