Nobody Listened to My Complaint

After arriving to the service dept. we were quoted $250+ tax for a diagnostic check on my wife’s 2019 Ford Ranger. I explained that there was service bulletins on the transmission issue we had. I knew exactly what the problem was and said the service manager that worked on it would explain further BUT they refused to call or understand what I said. We went ahead with the diagnosis and sure enough that WAS the issue. I don’t understand them when they REFUSED to listen or even call the service manager at Meineke. With that said, “I can NOT RECOMMEND” Huntersville Ford service dept when they refused to listen to a repeat customer or make a phone call. It is OUTRAGEOUS when they take advantage on this type of situation. NOT RECOMMENDED

I drive past 2 other ford dealerships to go to Huntersville Ford. We buy at least one new super duty truck every year and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I'm treated like family and from my first visit there has never been any sales pressure. Hands down the best car dealership I have ever bought from.

They had the truck I was looking for. The sales process was very smooth. Have not used the service department yet, but will when needed. Sales and finance people were good to work with. My wife and I felt no pressure from anyone there. If looking for another Ford product, I would use this dealership again. Mark.

Purchased a 2019 used Ford Raptor. Beautiful truck and had a great experience working with their sales team. Had reached out to several other dealerships about similar trucks and you would think I was pulling their teeth. Huntersville Ford wanted my business and they earned it. Highly recommend. I know several other firefighters that have purchased vehicles from there and were satisfied as well.

Eric in sales was easy and very accommodating from the beginning to the end and beyond ! Negotiating was a little sticky but that’s why it’s called negotiating !! Finance was a walk in the park and had great experience with him... I drove 1350 miles round trip and would do it again !!!!

The Perfect Car for me!

My husband and I have been doing business with Huntersville Ford for over 10 years. It started with servicing our Ford SportsTrac, when we moved to the Charlotte area, and continue when we traded in the truck for a Ford Escape Titanium. I really wanted a Ford Explorer so I went back to the dealership and explained to James Hawkins, our sales consultant, exactly what I wanted. He knew there was "that perfect car" on the lot for me! I'm normally a "red car person", but the metallic gray was beautiful and after our test drive I knew it was the right car for me. I love driving my "new certified used car" - I feel so safe and comfortable on the road. And, I am thrilled that everyone on the sales team from the sales manager to the business manager to our sales consultant, Jame Hawkins - had our best interests in mind through the entire process. Chris Venable was extremely helpful in getting our vehicle repaired quickly. It is nice to find a service advisor that has the knowledge and experience to understand the vehicle problems presented to him. So many service advisors now days are basically a receptionist to take your information, but Chris has years of shop experience to understand problem.
