Edna was incredibly personable and well informed. She knew about the vehicle and had no trouble answering any and all questions I had about it, it was very easy to hold a conversation with her, and as it was my first time buying a car she helped through the process without making me feel dumb for not understanding parts of it, she was very patient and helpful.

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Gary Mitchell.. He is a awesome man of God and treats you like family! He takes his time and explains everything from beginning to the end. Salesman, Akan Davis, made this experience very comfortable by his friendly conversation, answering my questions, and his non-pressure approach. He has a calm and kind way of relating to people. I had arrived very intimidated by the process because I am now a widow and my husband had always taken care of the car buying. I am also newly retired and anxious about life now on a fixed income. Akan was quickly available by phone for answering further questions after my initial visit (I had to touch-base with my financial advisor) and I appreciated his timeliness and professional manner. I will have to say that it was Akan Davis who swung my final decision between the Kia Soul and another car I liked at a different dealership.
