I have never had an issue with the wonderful folks at Boyd Chevrolet. ALWAYS a great experience. Randy was ready when I arrived, Les was ready to shoot the bull, as always, Mark, a good friend, took me up to see the coolest cars on the lot, Eric was, as always, glad to see me & talk as he found the time & as usual it all adds up to making the wait time fly by. Never a complaint.

I had the best car buying experience at Boyd! My salesman, Chris Taggart, was wonderfully low-key, and helped me get into a beautiful Buick sedan. The entire process was streamlined, from the time I walked through their doors until the time I drove away. Thanks also to Shannon in Finance and Steve in Service. Repair on 2018 Buick Enclave

My car has now been in the collision center at Boyd going on 6 weeks. I looks like at least another week before it will be done. I get NO communication from anyone at Boyd Chevrolet. My insurance adjuster gets very little communication from them unless she calls. Not happy with this service at all. When my car gets out of Boyd I will not take back for service. I will go to Harry's on the Hill in Asheville.

After lots of research and looking for the right car for me, I ran across a listing on Boyd Chevrolet that fit everything I was looking for. I called the dealership and spoke with salesman Lee E. I decided I wanted to come look at the car and Lee was very accomodating to my schedule which was late on a Friday afternoon. Once I arrived at the dealership and met Lee I was extremely pleased. He was a super nice guy, very personable and not at all pushy. He made me feel at ease while making such a big decision. He had everything ready and lined up when I got there and he and the rest of the staff made the entire car buying experience so easy. I am recommending Boyd Chevrolet to my family and friends and especially Lee! Thanks for such a great experience!

I worked with the salesman Rob Shenk to find a 3/4 ton Silverado. The team there looked all over the southeast and then some to find one and bring it in for us. They made sure that it was rated to pull the 5th wheel we were going to purchase and covered all of the details. Overall, a good experience and I'd recommend Boyd to family and friends.
