Came into this dealership on 2/2/18 and was greeted by a great sales associate. Upon trying to negotiate a deal the sales manager became very argumentative and rude. Very disappointed in this dealership because I have bought from this dealership in the past. Customer service goes a long ways. If sales manager had gone about it a different way they would have sold the vehicle that night. Totally has turned me off to this dealership and will tell everyone about my experience.

We bought our Kia Sorrento from Lee Kia back in January & we were very please. Had called before going to make sure they had car. (Had gone to another Kia dealership & they couldn't find the car) Sales person was waiting for us to arrive & help us. Everyone was beyond nice to deal with. Also they were negotiable with the price.

Best Buying Experience Ever

I just purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from Lee Kia in Greenville, NC. I live about 1.5 hours from this dealership, but decided to make my purchase from Lee Kia via the internet. Negotiated the whole deal on-line. The process stared about 9:am and by 2;30pm the deal was done the car delivered to my front door. Best folks I've ever dealt with from Chad in internet sales to Brittain in finance to Ryan in sales and delivery. I wouldn't purchase from anyone else and highly recommend this dealership.

Just about everyone in this dealership was wonderful with helping me get my 2016 Kia Sorento. I did have an encounter with one really rude "sales manager" named Jordan. His personality and rudeness almost made me walk right out. However, Stanley Whitaker was AWESOME! Whenever I am ready to purchase again I will be coming back to see Stanley. He wasn't pushy one bit and that won me over. Thanks for my amazing new ride Lee Kia of Greenville!

Holt Holbrook is a great and dedicated sales person. He guided me the whole process and answered all of my questions even the ones that would sound ridiculous in a very courtesy way and put me in the Optima that I wanted. Way to go Holt!

We originally purchased a Kia Rio and traded it in for a Kia Soul. We loved the sales people we worked with during both purchases. We have been so impressed with Kia that we will not purchase any other make of vehicle. Thank you Lee Kia for the awesome service!

My experience with u guys can be summarized in one word..Painless...It took us an hour and half to get to the dealership (u guys picked us up by the way)..and only 45 mins to test drive the car and sign our name on the dotted line..no haggling or debating or sitting around waiting for approval..u guys really took care of us...we truly appreciate this car buying experience

This was best experience I have ever had buying a car! I called on a Saturday and told Holt Holbrook that I was interested in a 2011 kia sorento and would like to come to look and test drive. Holt got all of my information and Called me on monday to see when I was looking to go down there and test drive some cars. I went the next day. when I wasnt there by the time I said he called to make sure I was still coming, he was very persistant, but without hounding me or being annoying! I got there we test drove the car and was very friendly and honest about KIA problems/issues. when we started negotiating the price, him and his manager Bill worked hard to get me a great price! (about 5grand less than Stevenson's price) I left that night with my new car at a price I was more than happy with. When I had to drive back the following day to finish the paperwork, they topped off my gas tank. Lee Kia has wonderful staff, they make you feel good about buying the car, and take really good care of you. The guys at this dealership are a perfect example of real Southern hospitality! Even the sales people who weren't selling me the car were so friendly! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lee Kia of Greenville, NC! The only con I can think of is that they don't have complimentary drinks. but they are only 50cents from the vending machine.
